An informative telephone consultation was backed up with a face to face meeting with Richard to check on our labrador prior to her keyhole surgery. We were impressed with his enthusiastic manner and the time he took to explain things to us.

I have been coming here with my cocker spaniel for over 3 years now. We spent a lot of time at the vets when she was a puppy. I have always found at the staff at the surgery so helpful and friendly. Even now I have moved house and it’s a bit further away, I still prefer to continue coming to you. 😊

The practice is well run and is staffed by friendly caring people. The veterinary knowledge is superb. Overall, the service is excellent if a little expensive.

Always been treated with friendly respect by all the staff, and when I recently had to make the dreaded decision, they went out of their way to make sure my dog was seen at home (on my request) by finding Jonny Reading at the Droitwich branch available . He, and a vet nurse came to my house the next day and very kindly dealt with the awful decision in an extremely professional, considerate and understanding way. Would always recommend , lovely caring Vets . I have been with them for over 20 years.

Everyone at MBG vets is friendly and welcoming , and helps you to feel at ease . This transmits to your pet, and helps them to be calm and comfortable with the situation. My little dog is very happy to visit them .

This was my first visit with my cat as we’ve recently moved into the area. I unfortunately got my dates mixed up & arrived a day early , they kindly fitted us in to save us having a wasted journey.
