Tanya the vet was brilliant at dealing with my dog and during the following week when I was concerned. In these current times the staff and receptionists go above and beyond and I would not hesitate in recommending.

My cats have been looked after by the vets here for almost nine years. They have always received exceptional care, and the vets are always willing to answer any questions I have had. Even during the pandemic, when their resources were severely stretched, the standard of care did not drop, and I was always able to book an appointment when I needed one.

Awful, miserable receptionist. Held to ransom for a £250 blood test when asked for a paper prescription rather than the regular product we get for our cat, as it’s less than half the price online.

The only vets I will go to. The staff are lovely. The treatment and diagnosis spot on and they are always mindful of the cost of medication advising on alternatives.

Tania has been absolutely wonderful. She is warm and reassuring as well as being knowledgeable and professional. She could see we were anxious about separating our gerbils for one to have a procedure and she suggested that they stayed together at the practice so that they might be reunited as quickly as possible. As a consequence, both are happy and adjusted after the successful procedure and we felt able to entrust them to her with minimum stress for both them and us. We couldn't be more impressed. I have used the practice for nearly 20 years, despite moving away I still travel to get to the surgery. Dogs and cats all treated with dignity and compassion especially at the end of their days.
