Such a lovely kind and friendly vet practice. The vets look after my cat so well and never rush the consultations. They make time for my cat whenever there are emergencies. Love this vet

I've had a great experience with Poplar vets since I registered my kittens with them last year. Everyone I have met has gone over and above to provide brilliant care/treatment, support, reassurance and advice. Very friendly and caring team. Thank you!

They fit me in for emergency with my cat. They did a good job and reasonable cost for low income/benefits. I was very happy with the service although my cat does not like any vet!

I will start with the fact that they deserved zero to nothing stars, as the assistant manager at that time now SHOCKING A MANAGER as of short staffing as it is everywhere sadly post covid, Tomas made us all that came with my furry angel feel unwelcome, my questions were not answered like an inconvenience or nuisance.
We were so unsure about spaying my baby there that I REGRET TILL TODAY DOING IT AND TRUSTING IN THEM. So upset to this day, as it was a first time very worried mummy of my angel and of course as one is in such circumstances, he somehow made it ALL ABOUT HIM, Tomas Senius how he feels, ego so huge, disrespected us and disregarding our concerns. Slammed the door in our faces saying, I quote:”I will not let you ruin my morning, day…!” & not caring about my baby girl. We left in shock of the way he abused power to show he is in charge in such an awful way. What a disgrace to what ANIMAL FRIENDS STANDS FOR AND THE PRACTICE. It is unacceptable and I dislike to give bad reviews, it is my first but clearly he is not in there for the furry friends. With such attitude the Hippocrates itself will not accept the promises he made, as vets to care unconditionally for the animals, as it is not about them, but about animals. Sadly they are bound to keep their promises all of the veterinary professionals Hippocrates code is clear: to treat animals with the most care ever but not even love was felt every-time I was in their practice, making it look like I am wrong by asking questions or caring about my furry angel. Horrible way to treat the parents of the animals instead of emotional support and emphatically be”there”. Tomas refused last time to even see my furry friends making false accusations and statements that I truly want to take it further but they don’t want to provide the Head Office no or superiors, stating he is at the top of the practice. So ego runs the best of him. Now it is personal, as I was never ever lied this way or encountering such appalling approach from a member of any practice anywhere and I have 8cats. We are all humans and all have bad days, but it is a question of morals and principles, education to have the ability to be a good person, to embrace your clients problems, a friend to the furry innocent souls, putting them first , as emphatic approach cannot be learned, you have to be able to relate to the whole diversity of humans, not by preferences, with a false smile nothing can be done. No wonder when I picked up my cat from spaying (&I have witnesses to it all) she was in a terrible amount of stress and doing things she never ever did before and wheh I was asking the vet, she couldn’t even tell me the post surgery risks or so, was a nightmare, every time making me feel like I am too protective or à worrying wart.
Even being there once a lady was too with her dog stating that they did something bad during surgery to the four legged angel and she will sue them as they are not giving the care promised nor giving the right information and she was advising me to move my cat from them.
Sending emails, bizarre enough the reply was very patronising, almost making me think the team was disturbed by my emails. What a waste of your time as a human and lack of emphatic approach that is golden rule for customer service and working with animals and important for the future of the furry pure souls in their hands !
Outrageous customer service from management.
Shame on them, the name, the animals they represent. Horrible way to treat the parents of the animals. Tomas refused last time to even see my furry friends making false accusations and statements that I truly want to take it further but they don’t want to provide the Head Office no or a superiors stating he is at the top of the practice. Now it is personal, as I was never ever lied this way or encountering such appalling approach from a member of medicine.
information and she was advising me to move my cat from them. It is not giving anyone, any pleasure to ask for help or bring the angels to vet. Horrible customer service and inhumane approach.

We are very happy with the service of this clinic, especially with Dr. Bernard, he treated our puppy incredibly well. Dr. Bernard also helped us a lot to understand what was happening to our puppy, he even wrote us all the medical terms to be able to translate them into our language and be able to understand them 100%.
The clinic also offered us to try to find someone to translate the diagnoses into our language. We are very happy and we will return to the clinic if we need it.

Thank you Poplar vets and Dr. Bernard from Piña and Co.

Great vets, kind staff - my dog and I always have a great experience here where it’s a routine appointment or not. On one occasion when we had a major emergency the staff made sure to make time to see us same day within about an hour of phoning to help my dog get the care he needed as soon as possible.

My dog urgently needed replacement bandages and they would not sell it to me without booking an appointment. I understand that making profit is important. But you would expect a vet being a little concerned about the pet health.
