My Vet 24-7

Today i collected the ashes of my beautiful girl. I cannot fault any of the service. You have all been incredibly kind. Daniel, thankyou so much for your kindness throughout, especially the day we said goodbye to her. To the lovely nurse on the reception who gave me that hug when i collected her, sorry i didnt catch you name, but you are the most amazing kind hearted person. Phoenix is back with the family. From my family to you all, thankyou 💖

I've always gone to this vets found them helpful but things have changed. I phoned today my dog has a serious ear infection and the girl on reception said two weeks before we can see you with emergency appointments. She was so cold didn't care. Phoned a different vats and seeing dog today.

These people are great. Everyone so caring and helpful. Daniel has been looking after my dogs for about 12 years and does a brilliant job.

All staff are friendly, from reception to the animal nurses! Very knowledgable, and they dont want you to spend unnecessary money on pet products and food. They all show an interest in your pet, and make you feel as though everything will be fine!

Always been great with my cats, friendly staff and felt my pets were well looked after

Can't explain enough how great everyone is here, friendly, fair and honest people. Have helped my pets with great care and understanding. Can't thank them enough .....

Sadly I relocated to the other part of the UK and had to leave MyVet 24/7.

My dog was seen by Daniel on numerous occasions.
When I was choosing this veterinary clinic I was wondering why in every comment there is a name "Daniel". I asked one person one day and the answer was "He was never wrong".
This does not mean that the other doctors are bad. They are also very good.
My dog had multiple skin issues, yeast infections and a few more problems in the time. Just normal life I would say.
I asked a few times if maybe we can "do this or that". Often I was told that this is not needed, not necessary or will only cost me with no need. Basically I was another panicking dog owner.
And you know what ? These vets were right by telling me that something is not needed etc. So when you get there, do not try to be a Dr Google. Let them do the job.

This clinic is not ripping you off. They are busy, so you will not get booked on the same day, but it is worth it waiting. Raw friendly.
