Great service from Abbeywell vets for an AHC. Emailed my request a week prior to our trip and the request was accepted within a couple of days. Pick up on the day was easy. Everything went fast and smoothly. And it was at a much more reasonable price than our local vets.

Absolutely incredible service. At first I thought it was too good to be true, based on the price our usual vet had quoted us for an AHC. It's not - and having sent over our information, 10 days later we collected our AHC to head on holiday. The surgery is super close to the Euro tunnel, it took minutes to collect and off we went on holiday. I've told everyone I know about your service and I am so grateful - we genuinely wouldn't have been able to afford to take our dog with us if you didn't provide this service. Thank you

Simple, efficient and hassle free process. It's all done on line except for a 5 minute stop to sign, scan id and collect paperwork. No appointment needed on collection day. I'll definitely be back for our next trip and highly recommend you do to. Staff on site friendly and efficient.

Very smooth. You don't enter but stand outside with your pet to receive the travel health certificate. Provided information beforehand and process took less than ten minutes. I recommend! Much easier than going to my home vet which charged the same amount AND needed five days to fill out documentation

I was a little worried as this is the first time using them but third time taking. Pets abroad. Really easy, quick and took 5 minutes to pick up with paperwork just needing signing. Will definitely be using them again as excellent value for money and great service

Outstanding Service. When ever I am using Dover or the Channel Tunnel I will use this service.
They do exactly what they say, no need to keep fussing them they will get back to you as they say. That was our experience anyway
Also I was expecting an appointment to pick up the AHC but when I read the email fully I found out you just call in during opening hours.

What an incredible experience. So easy to complete the AHC process online a few weeks ago, then arrived today at lunchtime and everything was ready to collect. Five minutes later (and a couple of dog treats) and we were good to go. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing. The only way to get an AHC. Vets in Sussex charging anything between 180 and 300 per dog. Second time using Abbeywell £89 for 2 dogs. Very efficient online payment process.
