Completely discarded care for my animal. Very unprofessional, not worth your money + time.

UNBELIEVABLY rude receptionist and vets. I have never experienced anything quite like it after neglecting my animal they became antagonist and extremely unprofessional and said it short to go somewhere else. Horrendous local service… do not care about your animal in the slightest just want your money, would not recommend after years of being under their care they never ceased to amaze me. Overpriced for a complete lack of care. They are obstructive and rude.

The word shameful springs to mind. Taken on a never ending obstacle course of different extremely expensive treatment plans. Upon getting a second opinion was completely unnecessary just makes you think morally about what this practice stands for not for animal welfare that’s for sure.

The staff showed excellent care and attention which made me feel welcome. They also done as best job as possible catering to my dogs needs. I’ll be requesting the lady working that days name because honestly she was amazing and I’d love for her to receive the praise she deserves with how reassured she made me and my pet shadow feel.

Untrustworthy money grabbing service. Animals are last priority.

Took my cat in as she was not walking or eating, and told it was kidney disease with a poor prognosis which I thought at least meant a chance. 2 days later she was dead and I had been charged nearly £400 pounds. End of life care or euthanasia should have been offered if the problem was that bad.
