Medivet South Ockendon

Based on my experience with them, I strongly recommend this place. I have moved myself from the area more than two years ago and I still use this practice even if it takes me one hour to drive. Nothing is too much for my dog wellbeing and I’m sure that to them she will receive the best care.

One the best vets i have ever been to! Very kind,caring and friendly. George the vet was fantastic with my daring guinea pig Lily when she needed an operation. Also karen the receptionist was great when squeezing Lily in to see a vet asap and with dealing with my refund. Sadly my darling Lily passed two weeks ago but im soo happy with all the care she received Thank you so much medivet south ockendon :)

Absolutely disgusting this morning I had to take my dog to another vets as u didn't have one there so glad I took him to wylies Upminster they were so nice looked after us and my dog expecially my baby bruno which sadly we had to be put him to sleep.

After arriving home from work I noticed my little dog was acting slightly odd and quickly realized there was an issue with her left eye, I call the Medi vet in South Ockendon where my animals are registered and explained my situation, the staff were amazing and told me to bring her down immediately they would squeeze her in, when I arrived the vet saw me instantly and was incredibly gentle and extremely thorough to check her eye, after a little extra examination she gave me some meds to assist in the healing of her damaged eye, the entire veterinary staff were so patient and kind and made my whole experience a lot better for me.

Lovely vet. Very helpful and friendly. Shame about the rude, patronising reception staff. Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for them making me feel so bad this morning.

Honestly can not praise this practice enough and all of its staff! I was recommended medivet by my sister but also lots of other people suggested them so the reputation speaks for itself. The staff nurses and vets and reception are generally invested in the animals and you can tell how much effort they really do make. No better feeling when it comes to your animal that your taking it somewhere they can be generally looked after and helped by staff who generally love animals. 👏🏻
