Swadlincote Veterinary Centre

My dog Belle became unwell very quickly on Friday late afternoon. I rang the vets and they said to bring her straight away. As soon as I checked in the whisked her away in case she needed immediate attention and treated her right then. I became upset so I was lead into a private room. Her condition was explained to me then she was back in my arms with a treatment plan within 20 minutes. Outstanding service when I was thinking the worst. I couldn’t recommend this Vets enough!!!!! They go above and beyond.

I have always found all the staff to be very supportive, kind and helpful.
They cannot do enough for every client. Unfortunately my brother's dog passed a couple of weeks ago and all the staff were so kind to him. After my brother collected the casket with his dogs remains he received a condolence card from all the staff. How nice is that. Not expected but very much appreciated. Just proves they go the extra mile. Well done and thank you

The staff are always friendly and approachable and welcoming. The vets that have treated my dogs Louie and Lily have been very caring and my dogs have had lots of fuss and show no anxiety when visiting the vets. They both enjoy the attention and all the fuss they receive.

Dr Petar Ivanov was very good and very knowledgeable about my dog's condition. The whole clinic is very nice and kind. Prices and services were very reasonable. I am very glad to meet you and to visit you. You did your best for our diagnosis. Thanks and hope it helps others.

I have used this veterinary practice for a number of years now and have never had any issues, reception and nursing staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly and the vets informative answering any questions I have about my visit

My cat had a suspected UTI, I called this vet practice and got seen on the same day just hours after the phone call. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the vet was so good and accommodating with my nervous cat, which helped relax me. Will definitely recommend this vets to anyone!

Our 14 year old staffie (Tessy) went down hill fast. The vet and nurse came to our home to put her to sleep. They showed a great deal of sympathy and empathy to ourselves and Tessy allowing Tessy to go over the rainbow bridge in dignity and being held in my arms. She drifted off peacefully and they allowed us time to say goodbye after she passed before taking her. I can't thank the staff enough for the years of caring for Tessy and being there for her at the end of her life. Thank you so much. We are so greatful for all this.

I have 2 kittens that have been to Swadlincote vets. They Always make appointments to my convenience where every possible. The staff are welcoming and are informative and kind to pets. The vets are great explaining all treatments and pricing and centre is always nice and clean
