The staff are wonderfully caring, kind and committed to you and your pet. I trust their professional judgment and knowing how much they actually care about their patients enables me to have great confidence in the team there.

Tried to call on 3 different occasions last time I was on the phone 42 minutes so I thought I will drive down Whilst I was still on hold I walked into the vets to show them how long I was on hold for and there wasn’t even one person in there they was just blatantly just ignoring the phone I am absolutely fuming then I tried to do a on line complaint and it’s got technical issues so can’t even put a complaint in

I highly recommend this vets to treat your pet like one of their own. A personal thank you to Jade who had done an amazing job with my crazy staffie Diesel, she took her time checking over him and kept him calm as he always turned up excited to meet new people. I sadly had to say goodbye to my fur baby on 18th November and I couldn't have asked for a better vet. We will never forget the kindness and love she showed to Diesel at the most heartbreaking time, my Diesel passed peacefully and I will never forget that. Our cat, Sooty, was very well looked after and the vet took good care of her. She needs her teeth looking at, and the process was explained very clearly and how the quote/bill was calculated. Wouldn't take Sooty anywhere else. Thank you.

A great vets, all staff are really friendly and show so much care and love for your animals. Would recommend them highly to friends and family.

My dog sadly got hit by a car and I went to Medivet to get his dressings changed as I had to take him to the PDSA out of hours after the collision.

They were amazing. They are so caring and really love animals, I have been to vets before who don't seem to love their job but at Medivet Netherfield they really do. They even took pictures of him for their Facebook page. What could've been a really traumatic and uncomfortable experience for my dog was made pleasant for my dog.

Poor hygiene practice standards, vet covered my cat in dirty towel that had big clumps of other animals hair, that had been shared between animals, risking cross-contamination from sick to healthy animals. During my cat's routine appointment at Netherfield practice, the vet (Miss Elena Rivero) grabbed a very visibly dirty towel that had obvious big chunks of animal hair and covered my cat with it, assisted by the receptionist. When I complained about this to the receptionist, there was no apology, and he claimed that the towel was clean and that the big clumps of animal hair in the towel were clean!! I find this appalling and unacceptable for a vet practice. Vets should sanitize hands, consultation table, and equipment after each animal. And shouldn't use same towel on more than one animal. Practice hygiene standards need improvement.
