I had a wonderful experience When I took my kitten Benson to be castrated. Amanda and Millie both listened to my concerns and explained the procedure in depth and also answered all of my questions and concerns and put me at ease with all that was going to happen. Benson was looked after like he was their own pet and he was very relaxed being in their care. The procedure itself was very well done and Benson was back to his normal self in a matter of minutes. The receptionist was very helpful and answered any further questions that may have been on my mind too! They not only looked after my kitten but also myself as I was extremely worried about whether I were doing the right thing for him. A wonderful experience all round and would very much recommend Pet Vet to everybody who has an animal. Many Thanks to you all xx

Really nice place and excellent staff! Even though we were late to our appoiment Oliver checked my two kittens for their first time and explained everything to us very well, recommended food and solved all our questions.. The woman in the till was really nice and friendly as well.
Deffinitely the best vet I know, very happy with them! :)

We brought our cat here in the first place because it's the closest vet to us, and we're so happy we did. Russell and Jenny are lovely and thorough vets. The rest of the staff I've spoken to have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Russell took the time to understand our dog's hostile behaviour, and treated her with an insight which we had not experienced previously from a vet. As a result, by the second session, our dog was markedly less anxious and responded with trust to Russell. This is a breakthrough for us as owners. As a family, we are so grateful that we have found a vet who knows how to respond to and advise us on the behaviour of dogs. Our trust in Russell, and Pet Vet Highgate has increased ten fold, and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

Wonderful vet! Staff are so kind and professional, so necessary when your pet is sick and you're stressing. They've taken great care of our kitties. Nice choice of pet food and accessories as well.

Been with PetVet since 2017, always polite and do their best. We visit regularly for flea and worm treatment and also when dog eats chocolate! We always ask if all vaccines are up to date and they confirm yes. But today 2021 February the answer was NO ...been out of date since 2019..last vaccine was 2018. Help what do we do. Polite note for all pet owners CHECK if your pet is up to date keep asking even if they say yes. Never believe them. We had trust with our Vet to keep us updated just like the NHS keeps us updated but that’s not the standard required for a Vet, especially PetVet.

Absolutely disappointed. They told me to pay health plan in pet plan before going to the visit. But it didn't cover anything so i had to pay almost 50 quid for just a first vaccine. They expect us to know about health plan cover or insurance?? They didn't explain anything to me. I don't trust them anymore.

Also, almost make me wait with the kitten in the street when i was at the exact time of my appointment. Very stressful for the cat in that busy road.
