The stuff is always friendly and happy to help. They are very helpful and they have big network so whatever we needed (MRI, X ray, surgery, checks, paperwork for traveling) they did sorted out for us.

Chris is a great vet and really took extra care to make our usually nervous dog feel comfortable and we’ll looked after. Lovely (doggie) bedside manner.

Losing our dog was an incredibly difficult experience, but from start to finish Medivet have been fantastic. From the initial consultation right up to the point of picking up our dog the experience, although a difficult one, was made much easier by the expertise and the compassion shown from everyone at Medivet. The care and attention to detail is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending this vet to others.

Took my cat as an emergency, they ran out with the credit card machine took £750 and checked we had insurance before they even looked/knew what was wrong with my cat. 4 weeks later I had to chase for my credit as paid too much. Really quick to take your money but no so quick to give you your over payment back!!!!
