We are very lucky to have them, it's very close to our house. All staff are very nice and very friendly🤗🤚

The receptionist today looked positively scared when I arrived (it could’ve been my hair & face mask!) and didn’t smile at me once during our £60+ visit. Been coming here for years and its really upset me - customer service is paramount. However the vets are good, in particular Snr Vet Friday & Jacqui who’ve done so much great surgery on my dog.

Thorough annual examination of my 14yr old cat. Sympathetic and considerate handling of nervous animal. Friendly and profesional to me. Have joined Pet Plan as will remain with this veterinary practice.

We had to get our Cody spade. We had already been going here for his checkups since we got him. The staff a very friendly. They have separate seating area for cats and dogs. It's a necessary evil for anyone with pets so it's nice to be able to go to somewhere you trust. Always somewhere to park add well.

Nice staff ! Vet was very caring and took good care of my dog Made shure my dog is accommodating well for her scan , they were very involved in al process!

We've used them a few times, but it's always been a mixed bag.
+ friendly and helpful staff.
+ local with good appointment availability and parking.
+ clean and quiet practice, lobby designed for cats and dogs, with some rabbit products.
- but we see a different staff member every time, even for follow ups on the same case.
- prices are 2-3 times the cost compared to any other neighbouring vet for any service; consultation, medicine, euthanasia etc.
- after a big surgery on a small pet we were sent home without medication, the vet who said they'd do the surgery; wasn't in on the day of the op, our baby was discharged with no pain relief and no option to keep them in for observation. They eventually chewed their stiches out in pain and had to be euthanised as they ruptured their belly.

They are great when you need a vet close and quick, but they're so expensive. Getting a taxi and going to another nearby vet, works out way cheaper for the same quality of care.
