Village Vet West Hampstead

Having recently bought a puppy but hasn't collected him yet, I went to them for advice. The receptionists were very helpful.

I felt confident that when eventually I collected Cashew, that they would take good care of him. That they have.

I call my dog my "special needs puppy"! He has a long and complicated history and needs very regular vet visits for quite specialised conditions. We spent 3 years in London with Christian as our vet and he and all of his staff were wonderful! Also, shout out to Tara, nurse extraordinaire!
Our dog was so well cared for and, weirdly, loved going to the clinic and got excited every time we went! I would recommend this practise to anybody without reservation. Thank you all for everything, we will miss you on our adventures in Ireland.

A friendly, well-run and well-equipped local small animal veterinary practice that is now part of a network of similar such practices across the local area. The team come across as competent and caring. I can't say that my cats would choose to go hang out at a vet's any more than I look forward to visiting the dentist. However they actually seem as happy as they ever are in their cat carriers and indeed happier, say, than on the journey there and back home. The premises are relatively small but perfectly spacious enough and it never seems crowded yet seems to have a healthy flow of local clients. They don't have a massive range of treats and toys but enough for my two on balance to have no objection to the five star rating.

As my local vet, although the ownership has changed in the nearly 20 years since I first started using them, the staff remain committed, supportive and caring, and I will continue using them for my dogs.

Fantastic service, the team at Village Vet West Hampstead are always super responsive and caring. Very well organised and proactive practice team. I managed my cat’s care with them for just over a year, right from when he was a new kitten and me a new cat dad. The only reason I left was due to moving away. Can’t thank them enough for making everything simple! ☺️

Village Vet West Hampstead, as well as Village Vet Belsize Park have not only brilliantly supported our dog but, supported us for many years. We feel in very safe hands and as owners of any pet, that's what matters most.

My Weimeraner had a badly torn ligament, on his back leg - which they dealt with promptly, offering the best advice.

Their customer service and care for animals is on the next level.
Nothing is too much trouble - they literally go "the extra mile".

Rosa is absolutely incredible - her "bedside manner" is so caring yet so professional; as well as being so knowledgeable ( all at the same time).

Kim and Jennifer are also wonderful - efficient, helpful and informative; responding to queries and requests immediately.

I would HIGHLY recommend West Hampstead.

I have a brand new puppy and I got vaccines and check ups done for her in this vet clinic. All the stuff are amazing - so nice and welcoming. The doctor who I saw with my puppy was very friendly, knowledgeable and I could immediately see she loves dogs so much. She made my puppy very comfortable to get her vaccines done, answered all my questions and gave me good advice. I also contacted Village Vet’s emergency line a couple of times and they were very helpful and nice. Very glad I chose this vet for my puppy!
