Lovely practice where the staff are all very caring and professional. They always try to fit you in for an appointment if you are particularly worried about your pet. Would highly recommend.

It's such a good idea to have separate areas for cats n dogs. Having tables to put cat baskets on is a big help and then providing towels so that the crates can be covered is a great as it makes for a stress free cat.
The vets and nurses are very friendly and kind and talk to the pets to soothe them.
Treatment is explained and done professionally.
All round a good practice.

Highly recommend hillmans vets. The vet who treated my dog was very compassionate and clearly loves animals.He kept me informed of costs at all times ,he explained clearly what was wrong with my dog and clearly explained his treatment.My dog is very temperamental but the vet was able to fuss him !! That's a first .

Couldn't thank this place enough for taking my cat in today! She was missing for days and came home last night injured and my regular vets had no appointments. After ohoning round the local vets in the area no one would take her in as she wasn't registered with them (which I understand) but himmans were very kind and understand on the phone and gave me a appointment straight away for my cat to be seen in the morning. I've now registered both my girls with them and I'm very happy with their services. Thank you ❤️

We have used this vets for all our dogs over the years. Tonight our dog has been taken ill.. I have rung and the response is we have no apps left you can ring our out of hours which is Birmingham or Telford. I explained she can't travel that far. They were simply not interested..... we have spent thousands and thousands with this vets. Surely an animals welfare should be the priority. But not where they are concerned. I will never use them again ever.i suggest you don't as they are not there in an emergency within open hours.it would have taken a few minutes to check her.

GREAT vets ruined by greedy owners.

After spending 2/3 grand with them over nine months, whislt realising that they were expensive, but worth it. I was forced to leave them after they put up our dogs Insulin by 40% (and all their other prices) without telling anyone, and during a cost of living crisis!!!. They then tried to hide behind the old 'its our suppliers'

it 100% isnt.

Great service, brilliant vets. Very reactive and helpful. Alberto the vet makes my dog feel safe and settled and he makes me feel like he has time to listen. V poorly dog, but he always makes me feel like he really cares. All staff polite and helpful.

Lovely understanding vets especially with my dog who is fearful of people they worked at her pace and made her feel safe we even got a tail wag.
