What can I say about a veterinary practice whose vets clearly love animals. Sentient people looking after pets and will help and advise first time owners. Sometimes difficult to get appointments but massive thumbs up from my family x

Miss this vet practise - moved away but it was awesome; there was openness on raw-feeding and felt taken seriously with my concerns about certain things, which unfortunately isn't always the case with vets.

We brought our greyhound in for a second opinion on dental work and were so impressed by Vet Alice's empathy, compassion, transparency and non-judgemental approach (any owner of a rescued race dog will know that this isn't always the case - sometimes vets assume the dog's old injuries or long term health issues are down to you) that we immediately switched to the practice.

Our dog had his dental procedure at the TNV a couple weeks later and again we were really impressed: the vets kept us in the loop throughout the day so we didn't have to worry, gave us detailed care instructions for when we took him home, scheduled follow ups and even called the next morning to see how he was.

And I can tell they must have treated our nervy old dog like a prince while he was with them, because by our final follow up appt, he was leaning against the vet nurse demanding his rubs when he'd once have tried to run away.

Would highly recommend if you're not sure about your current vet or looking for a practice for a new pet.

I love the neighbourhood vet and have been taking my miniature poodle there for 8 years now. All the vets she's seen take the time to talk much more broadly about her wellbeing than just a physical exam and they are thorough in their work. The practice is also human friendly too; bright, modern and welcoming receptionists! Highly recommend

Busy vet, but always had great service and they seem to actually care for my animals. Unlike some vets who are clearly just out to make money.

Lovely over the phone. Friendly in person. Professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Only one person allowed in per household with the pet, anyone else will need to wait outside.

They are one of a group of three vets in South London. Recommend.

Such a lovely vets-the vet I saw, Carl, was kind and patient with my questions and really gentle with Belle, our guinea pig. He was knowledgeable and honest about treatment options. I must mention the receptionist, who I think is called Rihanna, who was so friendly and nice to every pet and owner who came in. Going to the vet is often really stressful and they made it all seem much less awful! I would really recommend.
