Companion Care - Chingford

Kim choo lim was very patient with my cat who had terrible precious previous experiences at this practice. She also discussed future plans to help my cat feel less anxious about the next vet visit. She was wonderful and said shenwas happy if I insisted on only visit with her. PLEASE KEEP KIM

After transferring my dog over to Chingford from my previous vet I was unhappy with, I needed to email over his medical history and obviously thought I would receive a reply days later however I was wrong and they answered in minutes and sorted it all out on the very same day, very fast response team, very happy with the service. Thankyou

I feel very comfortable with the vets and nurses that look after my pet. I have never had any problems. The staff are excellent. The go above and beyond the call of duty and I will always use Companion Care as do all my family and friends

The first contact is the wonderful, efficient , knowledgeable and welcoming staff at reception. The vet is always up beat and interested in my animal as a complete ‘person’ and not just a physical issue. I have horses too and 6 small animals so I see vets on many different occasions. I am always totally confident that the vets at Chingford have the skills and knowledge, plus the personality to make the appointment as ‘enjoyable’ and reach the best outcome for my animal. Thank you!

The success of this practice is down to the staff who are, without exception, kind-hearted and professional. Veselina in particular is always very welcoming and the nursing staff always make a fuss over our boys, Lenny & Ted. You know these people love animals and genuinely care for their welfare while the vets are highly skilled and knowledgeable which gives peace of mind when your pet needs their help. The only downside is that the practice is often short staffed and so sometimes phones go unanswered. This isn't the fault of the existing staff who are obviously doing their best and you can always email if it's not an emergency to request an appointment. A real shame they are no longer open at weekends. Despite that, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

The care and attention my dog receives here is second to none. Veselina is a vet who knows her patients and cares about them and is very knowledgeable and reassuring.
The reception staff are always very helpful and friendly and the whole team make a fantastic vets surgery.
