I highly recommend Bayswater Referral Clinic. The staff are very welcoming and kind, vets trustworthy and knowledgeable. Everything works smoothly, from booking an appointment to actual help given. My cat has had various things wrong with him in the past month, from his heart to a blocked bladder. BRC figured everything out and treated him immediately. Constantly kept me up to date with all procedures and tests. I got my questions answered very clearly and understood the why in his treatment plan, which I also appreciate.

Fantastic vets :)
We took our dog there at short notice with a stomach upset. The vet we saw was very kind and got on with our dog really well. At first we tried a conservative approach: an injection to stop her being sick and a change to her diet. She improved but was not 100% better. On the second visit, the vet prescribed medication for a protozoal infection, and this was completely effective. We strongly recommend this practice.

I have just attended for an animal health certificate for a trip to France with my young Labrador. I had one issued 8 months ago at a cost of £120. This time, after making me wait 30 minutes, they charged £240 having given no advance notice that the cost would increase, so that I could investigate other cheaper options. They refused to make any concession when I protested and said they “had to increase their costs”. My google searches suggest £120 is reasonable but £240 is excessive, especially when it represents 100% increase in 8 months. Suggest obtaining any pricing up front

I had a great experience with this vet. I could always get an appointment when I needed one and they were always very friendly and efficient. They helped me to get my dog all the required blood tests and vaccinations to ultimately transport our dog to New Zealand.

Years ago, when Michael Gordon was at the helm, I used to take my cats here. Michael was fantastic. 20 years later I had my arm twisted until we got a puppy. I took him to the local (franchise) vet until I really fell in love with him and realised he (and we) deserved way better, so we're back. They still feel like a neighbourhood independent, critically never over medicate and our chihuahua is fine being handled by Victoria - a genuine accolade - trust me.

We have two of our cats registered with the Bayswater Referral Clinic and regularly use their services. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. When our cats have been ill or required urgent care, the staff have been immediately on hand and proactive.

The team at Bayswater Referral Clinic has been great looking after our cats, including helping us through the sad moment when we had to put our older cat down. They have been very accommodating and sensitive to our needs, including our cat's needs and making sure he was comfortable until his last breath.

The whole team were fantastic and helped us with everything. Especially Bev was great in helping us even through telephone helping another issue with another friend. They are kind, calm, helpful and knowledgeable people who love pets.
