We could not be more pleased with the service provided by everyone we met whilst having our spaniel spayed (laparoscopic/ keyhole surgery). From the initial telephone consultation, the reception team, nursing staff and super professional vets everyone made the experience for both our beloved dog and ourselves extremely relaxed and comfortable.

The entire team is helpful but Laurel is truly brilliant, extremely thorough, very patient, willing to answer many questions, incredibly knowledgeable and has a very calming specially as it was such a sad day today when we lost are very loved Roxy lab who was 12.
