Avoid unless you want poor service and treatments sold to you with a moments notice and not real explanation.

Vet did check my dog properly. She had a sudden darkening of her skin from normal light pink to an orange shade with black specks across her belly. My observations was the Vet did not examine her properly with due skill or care - merely glanced and dismissed the black specks as dirt. When I showed him this was not the case he made up some other excuse for it.

Ultimately seemed like he was there to sell me as many treatments as possible. When I said I want treatment that is necessary and vital for my dogs need, she was given an injection.

Very unprofessional. Not the first time I have had poor service from this Vet and likely I will be going elsewhere. Its unfortunate as all the Vets before the current one were amazing and caring. Steer clear.

The receptionist is very rude when I attended I had to repeat multiple times if my pet name and the booking time she is young as well with glasses very rude after my appointment I had to get 7 day check up she then made assumptions it doesn’t have to be 7days and I held my words to stay with 7days absolutely rude and gave me dirty looks I have had other people serve me and they have been Amazing but she was so rude. I will only use these vets when I really need otherwise looking else where I only recommend them if you have no one where else to go

I submitted a request for an appointment about a month ago via their website. My puppy is now well overdue for his vaccination I have to find another vet. I had a bad experience with vets for pets borehamwood a few years ago but stupidity thought Hendon would do better.

I called to ask if they have any lost cats brought in because my cat has been missing and women did not take any details down and I had to ask to put my details down. She was rude and just didn’t really know what she was doing.

£50 to be kept waiting 30 mins after due appointment. Dismissive vet, in a hurry to get home. Doesn't give straight answers. Complete rip off.

Prices gone up way to much, Im talking like 100 pound jump (the base dental treatment price was 100 pound now and now the base dental treatment price is 220 and they have now stopped opening on weekends which was there biggest mistake I think...They also take sometimes hours to answer the phone, no lie. So really gone downhill now, such a shame how good things never stay good.

Brilliant diagnosticians, very thorough. My cat was treated very well and was pretty relaxed about the whole thing - sometimes he can be a bit nervous, but was fine and compliant. It needs another receptionist as they get busy, and the waiting area is small. But it is in a pet shop so owners bring their pets in all the time. But that is all minor, due to excellent service.

Absolutely awful. I have two dogs registered there already. I phoned to book an appointment for my new puppy's second jab. An essential lifesaving jab. They told me they weren't taking bookings because vaccines were in short supply. No advice on what to do, where too.
Every other person I have spoken to has been able to get appointments for the same jabs at their vets no problem. So there is no shortage. These people do not care about anything but money. They have now lost a customer.
