Vets4Pets - Mansfield

The team at Mansfield are all fantastic. Really kind, caring and knowledgable. They dealt with Susie’s severe dental issues very quickly, explained everything in detail, and gave me an accurate estimate for the surgery required. She is recovering well at home and will soon be much more comfortable for the remainder of her life thanks to the treatment she had at Vets4Pets Mansfield.

Turned up today with our cat, no appointment. Was seen within 10 mins. Lady who saw us, in fact all staff, was extremely sweet to us and our cat. We explained our issues and they explained the reasons and offered resolution, which we went ahead with.
Feel a massive amount of relief following this visit and won't hesitate to go back in future x

We're brilliant easing my fears when I brought my dog in. Looked after her so well. Always keeping me in the loop of what was happening. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely love my dogs going here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The vets always give you options on what treatment is best for your pets. Always get you an appointment at short notice.

Had an emotional day having to put my guinea pig, Tony put to sleep.
From the moment I walked into the surgery to coming out I was sobbing.
The vet I saw from start to finish was amazing and made me feel more at ease with everything that was happening.
If I could get the name of the vet who I saw today that would be fantastic! She's most certainly in the right job. Couldn't thank her enough! X

The vet was absolutely lovely and I cannot fault her in the slightest. However, Carol on reception was the lady who ruined our experience here.

She was very abrupt and rude on the phone when we called the surgery. We had gone to collect our pet from his procedure and we were told that we would have a phone call when he had recovered and was ready to be picked up.

But when we rang Carol on reception to see how he was doing, we were told that we apparently had an appointment and we were late. Nobody had told us that an appointment had been made, and as far as we were concerned our pet was still in surgery!

We turned up to the vets and checked in on reception, we sat down and waited to be called through. As we sat down Carol muttered to her colleague on reception and was sat calling us and slagging us off. Disgusting behaviour for a woman of her age! It was as if we were sat in a school playground. Word of advice for Carol, perhaps learn how to mutter quietly or even whisper.

A little bit more training in communication and customer service skills wouldn't go a miss for Carol either and I think she needs to be taught a few manners and respect!

Safe to say I will be registering my pet elsewhere at another vet.

From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with beaming smiles and fusses for my boy ... they are helpful and willing just overall the beat practice in mansfield in my opinion Highley recommended
