Medivet Muswell Hill

Just got a new puppy and the service in this medivet is exceptional. I've been to a few and this medivet stands out by far the best. Everyone is patient, kind and knowledgeable. Katie especially is knowledgeable, proactive and very friendly. 100% recommended!

Truly a wonderful practice. The vet, the nurses and everybody involved are friendly, kind and calm. They are so gentle with the animals and make you feel that they really do care. Very patient in their explanations, too! We are blessed to be registered here.

Medivet Colney Hatch Lane provide excellent and personalised care for pets. Their friendly attitude and compassionate approach are the best I have encountered in a veterinary practice.

I have brought my cats and dog here for many years for different issues and the nurses including Alice and vet Karolina have been so kind and helpful. They have been understanding and love the animals.

I have 4 cats and recently moved from another medivet branch after meeting Karolina. Just need to say she is a wonderful vet and an amazing woman!!!!! Absolutely recommend her !!!!

The waiting area is small but seperates dogs and cats
The vet is very kind and caring , as is the receptionist . The consultation room is clean and personalised with the vet’s pets pictures
They accept both cash and cards .

We came here for an emergency appointment over a year ago after our dog was hit by the car. Staff took great care of our pet and us too! Quality of treatments/care/procedures and customer service was absolutely mind blowing and we haven't been to our previous vet ever since. Staff at Medivet Muswell is super friendly, they have great knowledge and what is most important they do care. I would highly recommend them!

Karolina is an AMAZING vet who is not only knowledgeable but also has a genuine love and care for animals!
Reception staff always so helpful and friendly. Booking and payments are easy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
