Cuffley vet is the best place I have ever taken my pets. I have a cat and a dog but we also have had a few hamsters from time to time and the staff here have been the most helpfully people from a vet I have ever met. This company is highly recommend for its help, politeness and ability to solve any medical issue that may arise.

Medivet cuffley is a very expensive practice. I have been taking my dog there for the last two years, however my last visit was beyond disappointing. My dog has recently experienced pain in his paw and has been treated with an anti inflammatory injection and some tablets. The vet had insisted that a follow up appointment was necessary regardless of wether he made a full recovery. After three days he was back to his old self. As recommended I took him back for his follow up. The vet took two seconds pulling his leg and said he was fine. As I went to leave I was then called back by the receptionist who then proceeded to charge me £35 for a less than 5 minute appointment, which required no analgesia or anything except for a tug on his leg. I’ve already paid extortionate prices for all his required medications and to be charged £35 to pull at his leg is outrageous. This could of been done in the waiting room it was that quick. I have now found an alternative practice not far from here and will not return to any Medivet practice ever again.

From when we had to put down our last cat to taking care of our two new kittens, the staff and team have always been professional and so caring. The wife and I always feel welcome when we arrive with our two latest addition to our family

The professional care I have received for my dog has been second to none. I really feel like we're in safe hands and we've had an awful lot of visits over the years. My dog is also very anxious and being a 40kg Ridgeback needs to be handled carefully. The nurses and vets have always been amazing with her and really patient for which i can't thank them enough.

I have been using this vet for a number of years and only recently discovered that my cat needed to have surgery. After receiving the initial quote I sought a second opinion, and I am disappointed to say that it seems as though Medivet are more interested in trying to sell me overpriced procedures, as the price quoted from another local vet was 80% cheaper than what I was quoted by Medivet. Whilst my cat's care was never compromised and the vets themselves were always knowledgeable, I believe that Medivet as a whole are more concerned with profits vs. the welfare of animals and pet owners.

I will never be using Medivet again.

Very bad experience today when I called up to get results of my dogs blood tests.
Receptionist was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional & when I told her so she said she didn’t mean to be but she was really stressed (no excuse).
Furthermore I shall not be using this practice as i’m not paying decent money to be verbally abused just to get my dogs blood results.

Visited yesterday at 9am and they were superb throughout and aftercare information. From my experience of vets the services they offer are more reasonably priced and they provide a better and more encompassing service. Thank you for your help and I’ll see you on Monday. Could not recommend higher enough

Over the last year we have been unfortunate enough to have to visit Medivet with critically ill dogs. They are so caring and really look after the dogs like they are their own. They are great at keeping you up to date with treatment plans and progress updates especially when your dogs are having to stay in. Our dog Daisy recently had a tumour removed and the wound was a lot larger than was anticipated, Charlotte called us to discuss it and even sent a photo so we could prepare ourselves and the kids.

When we lost our little Rocco last year, the team also sent a sympathy card. Such a lovely touch and shows how they always go the extra mile. I know my dogs are in the best hands when they’re at Medivet and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies.
