Prime Veterinary Practice

I recently had an emergency with my bloodhound, Cooper. He is a breed that is prone to a life threatening condition called bloat. I called the out of hours vet on a Sunday teatime and Vicki met me within 5 minutes with no hesitation. She acted quickly getting him into X-ray and then surgery keeping us updated every step of the way. I cannot thank Vicki and the team at Prime Vets enough for looking after my boy. I would not hesitate in recommending Prime Vets, they are a fantastic team and their commitment to animal welfare is inspiring.

Myself and my partner unfortunately lost our cat who was run over and taken to this vets. From the moment we got there they were so caring, warm and respectful of us. They made the experience so much easier for us and ensured that we were happy with every decision. We picked up his ashes and fur today and gave us the most beautiful tube for his ashes and a card from the practice. Thank you for making this painful experience so much easier for us

I recently registered with the practice and I'm very impressed. The two vets we've seen have been lovely. Happy to take the time to talk and don't rush you out. The receptionist made sure we saw the same vet for a follow up for one of our cats. That was very much appreciated as we saw a different vet each time in the last place.
I like that the prices are on display, they don't push you into expensive treatment, but suggest things that you can try first
