Absolutely shocking. The vet we saw didn’t appear interested or qualified - she wasn’t able to take the dogs temperature and missed clear and obvious signs of a lump which was later picked up and resolved by Watkins and Tasker. (Who took very good care of our pet). When we raised the issue with the manager she was more interested in receiving payment than assessing the poor service we received

We have been with Golden Valley vets in Nailsea for 7 years. They have always been knowledgable, approachable and trustworthy. This year after the passing of our 2 old dogs, their professionalism and compassion have been nothing short of superb.
We highly recommend this business.

Im very shocked at your prices!. Your visits are nearly £15 more expensive that hengrove The vet. They only charge £30 Your amputation on a little toe is double the price!. Why?. The hengrove vet charges £439. For the same operation!. Totally in shock. I will not be using your practice. Staff are friendly and kind. As I have the vets in hengrove to compare prices too I would have been none the wiser.
