The Vet Whetstone

My usual veterinary practice were unable to see my poorly dog today and suggested I call The Whetstone Vet. I was a little apprehensive about going to a different veterinary surgery, however I needn’t have worried, from my initial telephone conversation through to the end of my appointment I was very happy with the way everyone took the time to help, inform and reassure us. Everyone we met, from the staff on the reception desk to Josh the vet, went out of their way to help and perhaps most importantly, took the time to make Lola, my labradoodle, feel comfortable and at ease. I would happily recommend this veterinary practice to pet owners, I’m certainly glad to have found it! Thanks for everything Whetstone Vet - you were great!

The most unprofessional vet I have had a misfortune of dealing with. Took a stray cat that was clearly not chipped, they confiscated the animal citing the law did not permit them to let us take the cat back very rude and extremely unhelpful and did everything in their power to stop us having the cat and at they one of the jobsworth girls who was holding the cat refused to let us "hug" the cat good bye by saying the animal was in their care!!!!! This ain't over!!! Promise you!! you call yourself a vet??? Zero compassion or understanding...!

Fantastic service here with recent jabs, spaying & microchip for new kitten. Staff were all polite, very organised, really knowledgeable and very caring. It was all very reassuring for this kitten mum! Would highly recommend this excellent team to any local pet owners. Thank you

Beautiful human beings working in this surgery, not only did they take the time to explain in depth the surgery my dog will undertake but also looked after my daughter who was unwell on the day of the consultation. I didn't hesitate to book for my dog's surgery one second.
