The Animal Clinic

First time visiting this practice. Called to say I was running late. Was not a problem for them. Very friendly and efficient staff. Vet was great with my very nervous cat. Answered all my questions. Would recommend to all pet owners in the area.

Although I do not normally use this practice my own vet couldn't see me today and arranged for me to be seen at The Animal Clinic. It was a very positive experience and the vet who treated my cat was very sympathetic and knowledgeable. I have been to this practice many time with my friend's dog who is registered there and have been impressed with the treatment offered and particularly when our lovey friend was put to sleep. They couldn't have bee kinder or more sympathetic. Lovely practice.

Best vet I have ever been to. I called up in the morning and got an appointment same day. They took really great care of Rodney and was super welcoming at reception. Thank you so much for having the time to look after my 12 year old cat!

I subscribed to their VIP service for my dog. Despite the fact that other vet clinics may charge the full fee for the first time pet owners, those guys didn’t! Everything was included in the VIP subscription which was amazing! The staff are so welcoming and the doctors are so informative and skilful! I totally recommend them to anyone who lives in the surrounding areas and looking for a vet!

really happy with the practice, after resolving my issues and concerns I am pleased and I can trust my cat to this vet. Raffaella and Anita are the best, really looked after my pet and helped big time. I have a concern about my cat losing weight, however I am convened he is in a safe hands. Thank you so much for being so attentive now.

I was quickly able to make a same-day appointment for my dog when the online booking system showed the schedule was full. The vet was kind and ensured I knew what the problem likely was and how we could treat it. The receptionist was also very helpful when we discussed the finance plan available for more expensive treatments. Highly recommend!

Great team who always make you feel welcome. I came in on the wrong day for my appointment (right day of the week, wrong week) and they were still able to accommodate me and my little patient, Oreo. (An 8-year-old cat.) He had a bloody lip from an indolent ulcer, and were able to get that fixed up and advise me on a course to handle these going forward. Very thankful to have a vet nearby that is truly excellent, helpful and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.

2 days before Christmas we took our very ill cat Milo, on an emergency appointment, to see Raffaella @ The Animal Clinic.
Milo was having problems breathing.
When I called the practice the reception staff were brilliant. I was really worried. They dealt with me calmly & professionally.
Raffaella, Nathalie & their colleagues took great care of Milo, going above & beyond to find out what was wrong.
The team stayed long after the practice closed that day to secure an appointment with a specialist vet.
In the end Milo was diagnosed with cancer. It’s a type that responds well to treatment.
We were told without this, he would not live past 2 weeks.
So a huge Thank You for your dedication & care to our pet.
While it’s not going to be easy for Milo, at least now he has a good chance.
I would highly recommend this practice for all your pet’s care.
