Great service and friendly staff. We have followed Yvette to this practice a brilliant vet very pet focused. Numpty says sorry for the nervous wee but Yvette shouldn't have pressed my bladder. Daft lad says thank you for your attention but I didn't like the stuff up my nose. Would highly recommend.

We have been to 3 different vets in the last 6 months trying to get a diagnosis for our rabbit and we got reccomend this place. The team were amazing!!!!! Wirhin an hour of emailing to explain the history they got in touch with us and arranged an appointment within a week. Yvette was amazing and thoroughly explained everything. She clearly knew what she was talking about and gave us many options for treatment.

Also the vets surgery itself was lovely, really clean and modern and welcoming.

We went to see Yvette yesterday for my Rabbit, Honcho and she is by far the best vet for rabbits we have ever seen! She is obviously so passionate about rabbits and has genuine knowledge on them, unlike many other vets we have seen that just panic and give you a worst case scenario diagnosis. She put us at ease and advised her problem (stemming from a dental fracture) would be resolved and was very much treatable. We had seen a different vet a week ago and they told us it was a race against time and she was in extreme pain even though she is acting completely normally and that she would die from the problem very quickly. I had been in hysterics for the past week as Honcho is my world and Yvette is the first vet we had seen that was positive and quite clearly an expert. Yvette showed enthusiasm and passion and we would never go anywhere else now! Also their prices are very reasonable. Overall we are extremely impressed. Thank you Yvette!

4.9* at Google is a very high feedback for this sort of service especially, but I have to confirm with full dedication, they are very sensitive, understanding and helpful.
We have to say goodbye to our cat of fourteen years, "Dotka", which suddenly felt weak.
Initially I've called Wollaton branch, they was fully booked for next few days but reception girl proposed appointment at Langley Mill... next hour. Obviously I drove this 20 minutes and was seen by Veterinary lady which make blood tests and x-ray in one visit. She shown me results and scans to explain that oir cat was overtaken by cancer and very little options but say our goodbyes left. She gave me enough time to consult family and to make decisions, then in kindly manner let me say thanks and farewell to "Dotka". Euthanasia was working straight away and we let our Dotka go away in very calm polite way.
All services including cremation at very reasonable price, few days later we received "sorry for your loss" handwritten note by post !
Will definitely recommend 👍🏻

Teddy our new rescue visited the practice tonight for a health check .
He was very anxious but the Vet (sorry i didn't get the gentleman's name) was so patient and lovely towards Tedz and ourselves as new dog owners. He educated and instructed whilst giving Ted his new vaccines. Annabell was so lovely from start to finish despite being very busy. The practice is incredible value, especially with their VIP club. Very happy i chose them for our Tedz x

Turned up a little early for our cat's phlebotomy appointment at 10.15 am but no problem, they got us in almost straight away. Problem was, his procedure was unable to take place as there was no vet nurse 'to hold him'. This, after we had driven 10 miles to Langley Mill as there was no vet nurse at our local (Wollaton) branch, AND we had called yesterday to make sure there were no problems at that branch. I even offered to hold the cat myself (I've done so many times before) but was told I couldn't because I'm not 'clinically trained' 😠 So now we have to go back to LM next week to go through it all again.....This is not the 1st time we've had to traipse up to LM for his treatment either. We chose Scarsdale as it was a local vet - ha! What a joke. We're not happy, and neither is the cat, who still needs testing.
All it took was a phone call.....
Complaint form forwarded to headquarters....
Time to change vets......
