Helped my puppy when she was having bowel troubles but the 2 star is because..
Called them to ask when I should get my puppy spayed and they said at 6months - booked an appointment in and figured they’d reach out with details on what to do before surgery. No. I had to call back a week before to ask what I should know. They then said they’d call the day before to give me all the details. Did they? No.
So day of, go to drop her off at 8:30am like I was told and when we get in the room with the vet, she says my puppy is too young to be spayed and should be at the very least 1yrs old.

I mean, could they not have checked this beforehand and let me know their advice was wrong and to cancel the appointment? Wasted my time.

Lost a customer unfortunately. Can’t say I trust them with my puppy anymore if they can’t get the basics right and communicate actively with customers.

Had two successive Pets at Home click and collects delivered here with no confirmation text to say they'd arrived. This was special diet cat food so not available in-store hence very important not to run out. Both my husband and I separately called to see if was in and was told no. Didn't even put me on hold to check. Had to call Pets at Home who confirmed it had been delivered and even had a photo by the deliverer as evidence. Vets4pets still claimed it wasn't there. Drove down and there it was sitting right by the reception desk. Felt like they couldn't be bothered to check and hadn't scanned it in to generate the "ready to collect" text twice now.

Consultant was so thorough and kept our pet beagles so relaxed it was the best ever visit he's had to a vet. Thank you

Excellent service. I got an appointment for my puppy within 20 minutes when she hurt herself jumping off the sofa. Luckily she was ok but the quick attention really put my mind at ease 🙂.
