Vets4Pets - Dover

If I could give them 6 or 10 stars I would the team here is absolutely amazing and has always gone above and beyond both to make sure my cat is healthy and comfortable, and to help me as the owner whether it be through advice on vaccinations, food, and behaviour, or international travel and pet export which they can do, and really help as much as they can with. I cannot recommend this practice enough

Great service. I sent an email asking for a price quote for an operation, and received a call 5 minutes after I sent the email. Everything ecplained and booked my cat in for operation no problems at all. Great service, highly recommended

We had only had our Kitten three days, we were brushed off by two other practices. One call to you, an appointment the same day, excellent care and we now have a bouncy, healthy happy Kitten again, thank you!

All staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to my Vet Carl at Dover pets at home he has been very supportive with my now elderly King Charles who he has been seeing for several years. Each member of the staff from reception to vet and nurses could not be more caring. A huge thank you for their support. Also my thanks to the groom room who also I would like to thank. Reception staff always friendly and happy . Such a difference from the practice I was with with my last dog.

Sold me a puppy vaccination plan including 1st & 2nd treatments and microchip for a litter of pups. On attempting to book in for the 2nd treatment I was informed that as 4 weeks had passed since the 1st, I would need to pay again for the entire plan. A relative who has a pup from the same litter was also told this. They decided to take their pup elsewhere rather than pay these people twice for the same treatment. The relative visited another vet that had no issue with administering the second treatment up to 6 weeks after the first treatment. Armed with this information I confronted vets 4 pets Dover, at which point they changed their mind and administered my pups 2nd treatment. The whole situation seemed to be bit of a scam in an attempt to get us to pay twice for the same treatment. Very disappointing as now our relative is down £70 as they have had to take their pup to another vet practice for something which has already been paid for. The receptionist who we spoke with was also very defensive around the situation and seems as though she did not want to help us out with the matter at all.

As always, all members of staff were amazing. I will always use vets for pets. Friendly staff, amazing vet and they never leave you waiting, literally sign in and see the vet as soon as you arrive.
