Rung up to ask a simple question (new to the area) if my dog could receive a new set of vaccines as has to go in kennels for 2 nights and because I said my dogs never had a kennel cough nasal spray and the kennels are fine with that because it's personal preference the lady over the phone started grilling me. Trying to tell me it's weird that it's unsafe what I'm doing and that I should be worried for my dogs and all the other dogs in the kennels and questioning my actions as an owner! Felt very belittled so I nicely told the lady how she made me feel and too have a good day! They will never receive my custom.

Hello. Well I could spend much time telling you just how fabulous this practice is, however I will keep it as short as possible. I have 3 dogs that have all been cared for here ! Yes cared for not treated because they care first treatment is just part of the care they give. One nasty tumor removed that all other vets said he would lose an ear. He still has his ear and is like a new dog. 2nd tumor on gum cared for and fantastic outcome. 3rd Nasal problems again brilliant. Fast appointments when needed. Nothing is too much trouble. They even call a day or two later to ask how your pets are! I feel like they love my pets as much as I do and not once would I consider I'm being over charged or uncomfortable, quite the reverse. Thanks to everyone at Aquarius you are all amazing ✨️

Let me start by saying its the hardest decision to put any animal to sleep,so when my partner and I did have to put our 15year old lab to sleep its the most heartbreaking, upsetting thing to go through. We wanted to have our dog cremated and was told by the vet we would be invoiced within 7 to 10 days, which would have been OK due to pay dates.then told couldn't send our dog to dog crematorium until we paid for dog uthinasier 94pounds which we paid on Saturday. Rang Aquarius Monday to confirm our request to send to crematorium and was told he will be staying in Mildenhall until we pay crematorium fees of 200pounds.its with utter sadness this vet's practice make and change the rules to suit themselves. We aren't going to leave the country owing 200pounds as we would like our dog cremated not left on a table for 10 days .heartless. we have always paid our vet bills and never been held to ransom with our dog.does this practice have some kind of compassion or heart.

I don't like leaving bad reviews as I don't like being unkind, but I felt patronised when I visited here, talked down to, didn't listen, contradictory, and lastly walked away with the impression that they don't really care.

Felt extremely rushed during our appointment. I could barely get a word in over the veterinarian. I left with so many questions unanswered and altogether spent less then 10 minutes from start to finish of our visit. Reception staff was nice but overall would not recommend this place.

My Dog was seriously ill when I came home from work. I called my registered vets and around 6 other vets closer to me all of which dismissed me because it was near closing time!
Aquarius were the only vets in the area who had genuine concern!
We got there at closing time and the team stayed 45 minutes late to care for my dog that sadly had to be put down.
The staff were so very kind, caring and compassionate throughout that if you truly value your pets, this is where you should be taking them. (definitely won't be going back to Paul Jarman)

Treated my lovely cat horribly. She grabbed him out of his carrier by the back of his neck/ back so he yowled, refused to re take his temperature (even though it was high yesterday) because he was too "cross" and asked me if he was a stray because of his behaviour. She raised her voice at him and almost gave him an injection without telling me what it was. I'd be cross too being manhandled like that. He's the most cuddly, loving cat you'll ever meet and he was scared. These people should not be near animals. Not a caring bone in their body.
