Great service and amazing staff!
I have a cat with a serious health condition.
For this reason we had chance to going around some different vet practices around leicestershire.
Since we discovered Medivet Oadby and Birstall we can’t complaint at all!
Receptionist are helpful and our vet Isabella is amazing on what she s trying to do with my cat to keep him healthy!

Incredible ladies on reception-- friendly, personable and professional.

Vet was knowledge, physically gentle with, and made a real effort to fuss over our furry babies.

Practise is very small and feels quite closed in; parking is rubbish as it's on the street, and it's a packed one way road.

Very nice friendly people, caring and helpful, was lovely to my cat why she was with them

Took Buster a stray in recently rehomed here for castration and mcrochipping yesturday and have to say the service we received was amazing, thankyou for your assistance. Buster is doing really well and is getting back to his usual self.

I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional. They really care for our pets they look after. They also explain anything we need to know and are very patient with the pets owners.
I feel very confident when taking Missy to the surgery whether it’s for a regular check up and injections or when she is unwell.

Absolutely disgusted by their service. I took my daughter's cat to medivet last summer for a skin condition, they prescribed a steroid treatment that significantly worsened my cats health. At the time we moved to another city fleeing domestic abuse, we were in emergency accommodation with no money and hardly any belongings, so I cancelled any unnecessary bills to feed us, I had fled with 3 children. I cancelled medivets insurance since not only had their treatment further harmed my daughter's cat, we would not be returning to the city or vets. For the past few months I have been hounded by their collections agency for £10, they've called non stop every day and emailed, can you imagine the extreme distress this is causing at a time I'm trying to settle my children into a new city, having been torn away from all their friends and family. Every day we were living in fear and now this harassment is causing emotionally distress, they have today threatened if I don't pay £15 they'll charge me hundreds in fees. Medivet you should be ashamed. The photo where she has lost most of her fur was after her medivets treatment, she had only lost a few tiny patches when we took her in.
