I could not recommend a veterinary practice more highly !! Welcoming and friendly and good work.
*edit, had to come here again I can't tell you how good they are !!
10/10 they genuinely deserve more than 5 stars

Good vets for our dog & not had any problems. Even prices seem to be reasonable. I would of given you 4 stars, but your receptionist is your achilles heel.

Your receptionist is very rude & miserable! She was abrupt when she let us in the door & when we went to pay, didn't say thank you or goodbye.

Seriously guys, this woman is the forefront of your business as will be your downfall. Get someone that has good customer service & is happy to greet & talk to customers.

No reminder of annual vaccinations for my cat.
No info or advise given for a rabbit spay.
After they killed my rabbit I had a private autopsy done and they had sewn the stomach to the colon.
Very upset I had to wait a few months before I could even write this review

I usually use this vets for my dog but the other day when I went to pick up my dogs flea stuff the lady that came to the door was quite rude, I didnt know I had to phone beforehand to let them know I was coming, had I been told this when I phoned to order the medicine I would have done so. She quickly ushered me in to pay and I didnt realise I had been charged more then usual untill I checked my bank.
I went on to say that I had had both my covid jabs and before I could continue with saying I am also tested twice a week she snapped "well we havent" I do understand that we have to be so careful but there is no need for rudeness, I work in a pharmacy and I get it everyday

Wonderful Vets, receptionist Claire is fantastic, been there since day dot & very helpful if need changes etc. Would 100% recommend them.

VERY RUDE RECEPIONIST..............This place needs a good scrub up, look at the door posts and corners Dog and cat stains everywhere, smells terrible. I think your pet may catch a disease here.........
Maybe get this place cleaned up,and send your staff on a customer care course............We after all are paying the bills
