Highly rate park vet group. The staff are always helpful and friendly and i feel my dog gets very high quality service when we have to visit. Their pet plan saves us a fair bit of money and is a very good idea.

Very good vets. Always helpful and good with my nervous dog. Also treat farm animals. Can sometimes be a while to answer the phone, but just be patient. Xx

Very poor level of care.
Very poor administration and they lie constantly.
A very simple request for information was turned into a nightmare after our pet passed away. The practice manager was arrogant and lacked any empathy in our discussion with her and the branches provided contradictory information. I would advice anyone thinking of taking their pets to this vets to think twice

All 3 of my pets attend these vets and honestly if I could give more stars I could. Starting with really friendly reception staff to qualified vets who help and explain every step through the way with diagnosis plans and treatment. I couldn’t recommend and thank this surgery enough for all the help and support we have been shown over the last couple of weeks and upcoming weeks for my cats recovery.

I have been using the Park Vets for many years and have always had excellent customer service. Yesterday my dog went for her boosters, Alison the vet went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable. Old school vet 😉. Thank you

Park vets whetstone used to be an exceptional practice & I had many years of good care for my dogs.
This last 3 years it’s gone shockingly down hill in all areas & it’s obvious they have taken on far far too many clients. You have never seen a practice so busy it’s ridiculous….. the level of care my dogs been given is not even close to good enough. I’m surprised that there aren’t more bad reviews on here but go on Facebook and type in park vets and you’ll soon see dozens and dozens of unhappy pet owners.
