Vets from hell
Do not see vet NIKITA
My poor baby is ill with blood from his stools and vomiting and asked for a referral and she goes to me it's now outta service we are gonna charge you extra when u can see my baby just lifeless needing a referral and just love and care from the vet ,instead of helping him they just wanna try making extra money and also saying he need to see a out of service vet while I'm there for a 11.40 appointment so still in the opening hours of saturday trying to rush him so they can go home while my little baby suffers shame on you karma is real and it will work its way around for making me feel useless to help my pet no reinsurance from you..
Amd if anything happens to my baby vet NIKITA is to blame he is fully insured money was no issue but not wanting to treat him and play pass the parcel to different vets for extra money shame on you ..
You become vets coz you love to help the helpless who can help them self

Took our cat here in June as we were quoted a lot less than our usual vets. Wish took more notice of the other bad reviews. Vets and nurses are inexperienced and incompetent. He went in to have a loose tooth removed, others cleaned and potentially removed. He was operated on by Nikki B who gave him his initial check-up. At the time she mentioned she could hear a heart murmur but otherwise was fine - completely missed the fact this was actually heart disease and to operate on him was extremely risky, not to mention the records say ‘no murmur’. We only discovered the heart disease as despite two follow up appointments here, we had to take him back to our usual vets because he was having issues with his teeth. Both vets weren’t happy with what had been done and how they were looking. When I asked for the records to be sent to myself in order to pass them on, I was questioned why and told they don't usually give them – I can see why. On our second post op check, we told the nurse he had been coughing a lot and thought it may be asthma, to which she told us to just monitor for now. Turns out this was actually him trying to cough up fluid due to heart disease. On this visit, he was taken from us in the reception area, and we didn’t even get to go with him whilst his teeth were supposedly checked for all of two minutes. At the first post op check, the nurse (a different one) couldn’t even open his mouth, and after barely trying, she gave up and took him into another room to be checked by someone else. He’s the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet, so opening his mouth is not an issue. These supposed checks caused unnecessary stress for him to travel back and forth. Even months later, his red gums/teeth have caused him to claw at his mouth and tear it with his badly cut claws; we asked them to do so whilst he was operated on, and we’ve never seen claws cut like it before. From day one, The Healthy Pet Club was constantly pushed on us; I can only assume they are affiliated. Would avoid here at all costs; who knows if they’d miss anything as critical with your pet also, as well as poor treatment either way.

The best vet practice I've been to! My two cats were seen by different vets over the time - Ioana and Nikki are the sweetest! They always listened to my concerns and it shows that they really care about the animals. One time one of my cat was seen by someone different (I don't remember her name), and that time it wasn't a very good experience as that vet seemed to be afraid of cats and wasn't sweet with my ragdoll at all. Apart from that one incident, every other appointment was smooth and sweet. The other staff are nice too and I always get quick appointments. Really recommend - a vet that cares about animals!

Amazing service and staff, Ioana helped us with our cat. The reception lady was kind. We just got our cat and definitely recommend this vet.

I have known the team for about 3 years now, I have never questioned their ability and professionalism. Whoever I speak to is a delight and is trying to do the best for us and our Axel.
Axel has had a few trips now and he loves everyone there!
They do the upmost to make sure he leaves in tip top condition and a spring in his step.
I highly recommend the practice to anyone in the area, a fantastic team.

A big thank you to Molly and Jasmine who made our visit to The Beeches on a busy Saturday such a good experience. We are looking after an elderly cat who took ill, and Molly was very professional, kind and provided excellent service for the cat - we are glad to say she is doing much better now!

The vets were very nice and professional. My cat felt comfortable during the check-up. We'll definitely come back again.

WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!
DO NOT SEE NIKITA.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT SHE IS STILL PRACTISING.
She first saw our Frenchie Bruce to put him to sleep as he was old and poorly. We went into the cubicle where Bruce and I were left waiting for almost 30 minutes, you can imagine the anxiety Bruce went through during that time, animals know these things.
Eventually she came back, no apology, nothing and said that she had to check the dose with another vet! Then she injected him and he passed away. She was cold and callous with a matter of fact attitude.
I am leaving this review because she is still practicing. 2 years ago we took our beloved Frenchie (Lily) here. She was struggling to breathe and we couldn't see our vet (Jess) and were told that there were NO OTHER vets at the practice. Nikita examined Lily and put her in an oxygen container. She left us waiting for 3 hours and then bought Lily out and diagnosed an ear infection. NO BLOODS WERE TAKEN (which should have been standard practice) SHE gave us meds and we came home. 3 days later LILY DIED IN MY ARMS IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN with multiple organ failure! Lily was THE healthiest Frenchie you could wish for.
She actually had Aspirational Pneumonia! We complained and got nowhere, not even the RCVS would investigate. Jess wasn't available at the time so we had to see this murderer instead. They changed the historical notes which contradicted what we were told at the time. THINK ABOUT THIS... If they were not at fault then why did they pay for her cremation and why did Jess ask me to use Lily's case as a training need for Nikita?
I still have flashbacks to that morning, DOGS DONT DIE FROM EAR INFECTIINS, THEY DIE FROM INCOMPETENT VETS!
