I cannot recommend Eden vets enough. We were a member of another practice and our elderly dog took a turn and sadly had to be put to sleep, our usual vets couldn’t fit us in for many hours and couldn’t come out to us until the following week (vets stress her out so the last thing I wanted was to take her in). The team at Eden were incredibly empathetic and called our usual vets for her records immediately, once they had transferred her across they had a vet come out within 90 minutes. Eve and Lucy arrived and were incredibly kind and gentle with Molly, making both us and her feel at ease and explaining the process and next steps to us. It was a very difficult time but the team at Eden made it much easier for us. One day when we have room in our hearts for another dog I will definitely be coming back to Eden.

An absolutely amazing vets. I was referred with my dog Alma. We saw one of the vets, Kate Sloan who was so nice and treated my girl like her own. The premises is stunning and you get a wonderful welcome from the girls on reception. My thanks to all staff involved in Alma's care. It was much appreciated.

A fantastic team with incredible staff, I used the service out of hours when my Retriever became acutely ill on Sunday night.. I sadly lost him but the whole experience was made so much easier by the care and compassion shown to us. The vet Eve was so lovely and came out at once, diagnosed him quickly and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. The charges were so reasonable for the high standards of care received and we were sent a lovely handmade card today. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now ….. and I work elsewhere (within the industry). Our 2 other dogs are in superb hands at Eden and one day, in time, no doubt another little golden baby shall join their patient list,,, Thank you so much again EVE and all at Eden Vets. You are a credit to your profession.

The staff at Eden Vets could not be kinder and more helpful when saving our cat's life. Eve in particular has been wonderful, checking in regularly and doing as much as possible to make sure our cat is okay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Only just moved to Eden Vets when our previous vets relocated. Very good feel about Eden's. Receptionists very friendly. Vet so professional and kind. Explained everything. Silly thing I noticed was that our vet, and I saw another vet, get down on their knees to speak to their doggy patients!!!! Thought that was nice!!

We were referred to Eden after our dog Lacey was very sad. While it may not sound like a good enough reason, it was so out of character for her.

Lacey was initially seen by Vet Kate. Kate is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, you can tell from the moment you meet her. I was so nervous about leaving my dog with a vet I had never met or heard of, but was immediately set at ease.

Kate took Lacey to do some tests and things initially weren't looking right. Lacey was rushed for surgery where they found a grapefruit sized mass next to her kidney. I was told it was likely cancer due to its size and position but only a scan could confirm. We had the scan and thankfully it was not cancer.

Georgie the surgeon warned me that this was a pretty abnormal surgery and because of it, had risk involved. There were lots of blood vessels around and it would be very easy to accidently nick one in which Lacey would likely not make it.

The surgery went perfectly, and Lacey stayed with Eden for around 4 days. I was updated on her condition every morning and evening by the staff there. All of which are not only exceptional vets, nurses and general reception staff but also people.

This turned out to be a very serious condition and without Eden, my Lacey wouldn't have survived.

She is now absolutely perfect and as of a few days ago finally signed off as perfectly fine.

I will forever feel a debt to Eden for saving my beautiful girl!

Massive thank you to Julie and the staff here who helped me out at short notice with insulin for my cat when my delivery didn't arrive. We aren't even registered there, shame we don't live close enough or we would definitely register all our pets. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Our dog received excellent post neutering care from nurse Zoe who is incredibly knowledgeable. We wanted to move him on from Puppy to adult food & received very thorough nutritional advice. I can't recommend this practice enough.
