Highcliff Veterinary Practice

My family have used Highcliff for many years and have always received exceptional treatment with all our animals. I would highly recommend them as all the staff are always welcoming and caring and always at the end of the phone for support and advice. we use their VIPplan which really does save money and like the monthly reminder text so you don’t forget to keep worming and flea treatments up to date.

They are the very best vets you could ever hope for. Every person that works there is superbly caring and they genuinely want the best for your pets. They always recommend the best treatment, are totally up front about any costs associated and deal with your insurance claims very rapidly. I have been to many vets over the years, but Highcliff are without a doubt the best I have ever experienced.

Sarah the vet is exceptional and her love for the animals really shows. Everything is always explained very well and the reception staff are also very helpful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Richard Pettit is a truly remarkable professional and a well rounded scholar of The Veterinary industry. He and his team of warm , friendly, knowledgeable people at both Brantham and Hadleigh Practices offer a complete and personal service with consistently good support to All Creatures Great and Small in my view but with emphasis on small animal types. I continue to view them as one of Suffolk’s best kept secrets and a business still operated in a family style friendly manner….and one of the most redeeming factors being how every staff member announces their name on reception….a key value in my books. No hiding behind extended and quite useless protocols of protection by voice over either …….in my humble view , having recently return to Hadleigh with my third dog 🐶 ( Clumber spaniel) it’s been like a huge welcome home ..welcome back following a move I made to the west of the county …..With Highcliff Practice you are getting the huge benefit of years of practical experience in the field and not just a platform of recently qualified veterinarians ….so rare but crucially important in this day and age.
