Medivet Horley

I've recently changed to Medivet (Thornbury), in Horley and I'm so glad that I did! The staff are really friendly and helpful, they keep to their appointment times (I've never waited more than 5 minutes.) And, most importantly, they seem to genuinely care about their patients! A vast improvement on my previous vets whose main concern seemed to be money :-(

Very helpful and quick to act if you have an emergency. I have been with them 2 years now and been very happy with the advice and treatment given, My dog goes in there every time with a tail wagging and a smile on her face.. that speaks volumes as far as i'm concerned.

Very friendly staff, dealt with covid restrictions in an excellent manner and made us feel like our pet was special - even though they must see so many a day. Very happy with them.

Terrible service, spent an hour getting ready to bring our dog for vaccination, called us 5 mins before appointment to cancel on us as the claimed they has a emergency surgery, little did they know I have 5 dogs 1 cat plus we where looking to move abroad and was looking to do dog health certificates, you probably lost a £1000 of work from us. Atleast compensate people for messing them around like a ain't got nothing better to do.

Very Friendly Vets in Horley. They are really kind, caring and patient with our dog, even though he isn't the biggest fan of any vet. You can get an appointment quickly and they have a sister vets close by which is open 24/7. Would highly recommend.

I have to write this to praise and convey my sincere thanks and appreciation for the care and going the extra mile for us on the worst day of our lives when we lost our Beautiful Zeus.A Big shout out to Alex as well who turned out to be working at Medivet Faygate on this awful day it did make a lot easier having the lady who had always cared for him. thanks guys for everything well always remember our big boy and will always remember your great compassionate care

Always have confidence with the vets at this practice. Easy to talk to and reassuring when your fur baby is poorly.
