Most good reviews are from the grooming department. As for the actual vets, extremely overpriced! It just seems like they aren’t interested or there isn’t a genuine care for the animal. Won’t advice if you don’t pay more. Quick to up-sale things. Always have the contactless card machine ready at hand like every word translates to a sale. Very brand orientated within their choice of words, which causes them to be bias when advising. Refused to comment because I had a well known flea medication that they aren’t sponsored by. Seems like you’re in a car dealership not a vet!

What a fabulous shop with such great customer service. Ben served us and could not have been more helpful. As we are getting a puppy in a weeks time his advice was exceptional. Congratulations on the support that you give to local animal charities who might I say desperately need all our help. Big thanks to Ben and continued success with all that you do.

Totally messed up my Click and Collect order and my daughter's a week later. Items missing, received no information regarding missing items. Stuff damaged!

Only redeeming feature was staff member Oscar who managed to fulfill my order from items on the shop floor and was very helpful.

I had a very upsetting week and the vet and staff went out of their way to fit us in and get my dogs toxicology exam done promptly and professionally

I love the way that you are treated with respect and they are extremely friendly and understanding of how things can be emotional for you they give your pets the best care and are loving towards your pet
Its always a comfort to know they care for your pet as much as you do

So we have just bought a new puppy .. and was looking around to register him to a vet . We thougjt oets at home would be perfect as we buy all our pets stuff and food from here … so it would make sense … we’ve managed to get our pup in for his first groom wich was easy and fast booking online . No problem there great . .. however i tryed to book our pup fir the vets and was told i would hear back from a member of the team shortly …. This hasnt happend so far … so i rang the store to speak to someone with my enquiry … tbf the lady sounded nice but also like she couldnt be bothered to deal with my call …. So either way i explained we wanted him checked over etc.. for peace of mind and to make sure everything was okay … obviously i would pay for this no matter the price as his part of our family … but she simply responded that they are not registering no more dogs or new pets as the manager has requested this ….. and i should just look around untill i find somewhere …. ( obviously im gunna do this not just give up ) but why is this not mentioned on the website so its more clarify so then i would know aswell as other making enquiries that we should try a diffrent vets ??? Very silly if you ask me and slightly frustrating … quick updates dont take long …. Just surprised we can get into a groomers in the same store but not the vets …. So as a company thats based solely to helping pets etc… wasnt very helpful in directing me to another store that possibly could have new animals or maybe other vets … in the area ….just the whole conversation sounded to inconvenient for them … then blames the manager for the problem…….

Easy access, plenty free parking, good disability parking. Shop has good variety for home animals (dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbit ect), Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and approachable.
