Medivet Greenwich

Really excellent vets I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone! Having been with another local vets for several years thinking it wasn't great but putting up with it - I really wish I had made the move here sooner. My 10 year old dog has a number of medical issues and I've spent the last few months in and out for us to get a diagnosis, so have had plenty of opportunity to assess their care. What I've really appreciated is their willingness to listen to me alongside their medical expertise, which as animals can vary, just like humans, I think is critical to get the best outcome for your pets.

I was nervous and stressed as my dog had a really poorly eye. Everyone I encountered at the practice were extremely kind and approachable. I felt at ease and could see that all the staff were client and animal-centred. This made the whole experience a lot easier to manage.

Excellent vets. Would highly recommend. Vitor was brilliant, as was Katie, when we brought our whippet Hank in with a shard of glass in his pad. They were determined and patient to avoid opening up his pad. They also dealt with all of the insurance claim for us. Thank you.

One star in my eyes is way to generous, I wouldn’t even give one. My Lola was patient of the surgery since 2018, in the last few years the standard of care drop drop beyond basic. In my opinion Vets at the surgery think they are beyond accountability!!! My dog was put under anaesthesia without my permission, in my dog account there is specific instructions “no anaesthesia”. Dog end up in ICU thanks to negligence of Medivet and main vet Vitor. I was kept fed excuses and the surgery refused me access to my pet.i end up with vet bills for £4k plus as the Medivet added a price tag to “care 4 my pet”. I was told the insures supposed to contact me its been few weeks nobody have contact me. It wasn't the first time the surgery have run extra charges and it seems its a standard procedure for this branch. I will not recommend this veterinary clinic, please avoid at all cost. In my experience its the £££ what matters for them not a pet. My pet now have health issues as a outcome of the negligence.
If anyone has a bad experience with Medivet Greenwich please get in contact as im in the middle of submitting legal action against the branch. For the last 6 months the main surgeon of the branch was delaying responses to my emails!!! Shame on you Vitor
Pictures of Lola in ICU, Medivet have taken my pet 70 mi away from London to ICU, I do not understand why she wasnt taken to London specialist !!! All shady tactics!!!

Amazing vet! 🌟 My pup was so scared, he’d never been out to the vet before he was crying - the women behind the counter comforted him, picked him up gave him a cuddle and a treat. Was so sweet! As soon as he got in the vets room he did a wee on the table and I felt so bad but Rok reassured me it was fine these things happen, and he was absolutely amazing when administering his vaccination and also telling me about the flea&worming and things to look out for, really informative and you can genuinely see the love and care that this vet holds for their animals. I love that my Max will always be in safe hands here and I can rely on them to help me when/if needed. Definitely recommend. This is his vet for life now❤️

We're off to a great start! The staff are really very warm and friendly, and our pup loved them. I mean, how often can you actually say you enjoyed a trip to the vets?

The team here are excellent. We took our nervous little rescue cat along here for his vaccinations, and the lovely vet put him at ease right away. We were back home with a calm cat, and sense of relief in no time.

Medivet Greenwich was one of the best vet clinics I've ever taken my pet to. Vet Tania was extremely helpful and professional when treating my puppy. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she is one of the best vets I have ever met. I highly recommend this clinic.
