Always kind and caring towards my dog, easy to get appointments and convenient for me.
All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and Sam the vet is lovely, very kind, patient and professional. Sam puts my old anxious dog at ease. Thank you.

A month ago I turned up at this Medivet surgery with my beloved cat who was very unwell and struggling to breathe. I didn’t have an appointment but the staff were so kind and welcoming. They invited me in to wait for the vet to arrive, put my poor boy in oxygen to help with his breathing and made me some tea while I waited. It was not good news and sadly I had to let my boy go that day but James the vet was so kind and understanding. He went through the options I had for his treatment but gave me his best and honest opinion that my cat was very poorly and helped guide me to make the kindest decision to let him go. The dreadful and traumatic experience I had that day was made bearable by the kindness and efficiency of all the staff there that day and for that I am very grateful.

All the staff are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble, they are patient when you ask lots of questions and they always give my dog lots of fusses. She loves visiting them!

Only downside is the parking although I was lucky and parked fine

I have used these vets for years. When they got taken over by medi vet I thought I would have to find another vets. But I gave them a change first. I’m glad I did they are so efficient and friendly. They care about your animals

Excellent vets, staff always great with my pets, I usually see james as he has treated my dog for a while, saw Sam the other day and he was great too, best vets practice 😊

I went to the vet with a cat that is hobbling a little. The guys were kind but I feel that nearly £600 to get to a point where we might find out what’s up is frankly not a possibility - as what would happen next? Surgery? Imagine the cost. I live in the real world, my insurer only covers £1000 so I can’t afford any of it in reality. I feel 4 x rays is excessive - etc - overall I guess I’m not really satisfied with being given a 3 ml (yes 3 ml) bottle of meds to “help” - the more I write the more stressed I feel. The vets do what they believe to be right. But it’s unaffordable.

A lovely practice with friendly staff and my cat pepper feels at ease with the vets here.
