Truly excellent service from YourVets Nuneaton! My husky recently had to have surgery, I was so worried but quickly realised that he was in safe hands! The reception and nurse team are absolutely fabulous, always trying to help and keep your animals calm and happy, can't fault them! And ofcourse the veterinarian surgeon's themselves deserve a special mention too... obviously! Thank you!!

Really friendly staff, a nice clean and large building, very professional and knowledgeable veterinarians who are happy to answer as many questions as you have. They've taken great care of our cat while she was getting spayed, ensuring she's as comfortable as possible, and the aftercare has been great too. Highly recommend!

First of all the reason for this review is after our visit with our dog who was attacked from another dog so we called straight away and was told to come as emergency so we did so, and on arrival we handed over our little girl thinking this was best after the trauma we had witnessed, but after half an hour to be called over to discuss cost which is never our priority so we listened and they told us it would be between £800 £900 to stitch the wound but no guarantee they would hold so obviously I refused and asked can u just clean the wound and give us help with aftercare of which they refused to give us any bandage etc they walked away after we didn’t agree to the initial cost and we stood waiting so after the receptionist went to look for those who say was concerned we was told to pay £165 for nothing I went to Asda got what they had there this was 4 days ago our dog is doing great but not 1 phone call to check up nothing . These are all about the money do not have no care for the animals or the owners I know it’s a long review but it needs to said they was constantly saying about there duty of care but if that means sending us away with with our dog with an open neck wound out to find our own bandages then there duty of care is all about the money not the pet. AVOID AVOID.

AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE AT all cost!!! They are not vets. They are there to make money.
Took my cat to them two weeks ago for loss of apetite. After examination the vet says he is all fine and I will just prescribe something for his apetite. We asked for a blood test to be done. According to them the results came back clear. Two weeks later my cat started laboured breathing. Took him in again this afternoon. This time a lady vet tells my wife she doesnt know what is going on. That they will have to to do a scan of unknown organs. Twenthy minutes later he dies gasping for air.
This place should be locked down. They are not vets! THEY ARE BUTCHERS!!!

I've lived my entire life with dogs, and unfortunately two weeks ago I had to say goodbye to my best friend, an experience I've never actually participated before but this time was my time.

Amid all of the hurt myself and my family were going through leading up to this moment, I can only say good things about the staff at Your Vets Nuneaton...throughout the entire process they gave us an incredible amount of respect and love, having never done this before myself, I expected to be rushed and have no control, but it was the complete opposite....we were given all the time we wanted, and the care and respect they gave to Bobby was beautiful, albeit bittersweet.

Saying goodbye to him was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I must thank the staff for making his beautiful life come to an end peacefully and pain free.

It'll never get easier this process, and my heart weeps for the staff that have to do what they do in these moments, as difficult as it was for myself and my family, I can only imagine the discomfort staff must feel doing it too.

You have my gratitude, my love, and my thanks Your Vets.

Despite us being 45 minutes late due to traffic jams, the vet still saw us and did not rush through the examination. He was great with our elderly dog and carefully explained everything to us. We have used this company for over 20 years in several locations, and would recommend them to everyone.

They really looked after my granddaughter whilst me my girl had to put our cat to sleep. Printed her paw prints and little face printed out and bless a little bottle of her fur. small gestures that went a very long way at this sad time

Keep clear the vets tell you different stories my pup day late with second jabs they then said she needs a restart of injection, took another dog up, questioned it now she doesn't, totally incompetent, if you love your pet don't take it hear, don't think vets know what they are on about, people think it's cheap, it's not if you're paying twice when you don't have to, now waiting for data off them to see if the vet was bullshiting and now waiting for a reply off the muppets that own them ,pet lover's they are not, money grabbers they are keep away
