Riverside Veterinary Centre

I had to take my cat Missy in with severe breathing problems. They had her in an oxegen tent within 5 minutes and got color back into her cheeks. She had to be transfered to a Derby 24 hour care hospital when they closed and the vet took her over with an assistant when there shift had finished on a Saturday evening. Ongoing care when she returned from the pet hospital was excellent. Missy isn't fully recovered but she has been given a chance to recover because of the team at Riverside. Highly recomended.

This is a tough review to write but here it goes.

Recently, my cat had to be put to sleep and I have to say that we were both so well looked after when the time came. Everything was done with real care and feeling.

To then come home today to a sympathy card was such a nice touch at a tough time.

Thank you for the care over my pets life and thank you for going about what is a tough job in the way you do.

I could not recommend you more as a vets to look after an animal from the beginning to the end of its life.

Had my pup spayed recently and all the staff were brilliant. They could see I was very nervous (first time dog owner!) but they all did their bit to reassure me and they lavished so much fuss on Blue that when we went in a few days later for a post op check up Blue wanted to go inside! A sure sign of the care and attention they give to their patients when even after an operation they are still happy to go in again! Highly recommended

My little furbaby Rosie was spayed there on Monday. She is doing really well.

Excellent service provided by very professional and sensitive staff.

I would recommend Riverside to anyone - absolutely fantastic staff at all levels. So caring and friendly, took great care of my very nervous cat. I called several times for advice as his situation developed and each time everyone was so helpful. After a really stressful week of him being under the weather they made me feel so at ease and I'm so happy to have them on my doorstep!
