I have a very old cat who has stopped grooming her self. Her fur has become very matted . When I took my cat for its annual check up . I was surprised that the Italian lady vet spent a long time brushing and shaving the knots out of my cats fur and cutting her claws. She sang an Italian song to my cat as she was giving her the check up which my cat seemed to enjoy .

Very helpful when I rang them last week after finding a stray dog. They offered to scan it for me. I’m glad to say we were reunited with the dogs owner and it was’t necessary in the end but thanks for the kind offer.

The team here are brilliant and very good with my cats. Unfortunately the last visit was a bad one as we had to put one of our cats down.
The kindness and compassion shown by all the staff I interacted with was amazing they seemed to truly care for our cat and us in that horrible time.
I will be forever grateful in how they dealt with the whole saga.

Had began to loose faith since they were taken over but recently saw Emma and she was lovely, thorough, helpful. After a week we went back after her clinic had finished and she took the time to explain things to us, reassured us and made some recommendations. BIG THANK YOU TO EMMA AND RECEPTION STAFF faith restored.

Very welcoming team, big spacious reception so easy to keep pets separate. Good parking but be aware the entrance to this is a single track.

Will be moving all my pets to this clinic now. Parking is great. Vets are very attentive and really care for your pets. Prices are very competitive.

They answered their phone when 5 other vets didn’t. They saw my poorly Puggle and prescribed medication. Vet was nice and cannot thank them enough. Barney is now well in the road to recovery.

Took an injured Swan with a damaged leg here, and they didn't want to know! Came out with that they had to be careful because of bird flu. Even though they did have isolation facilities, and the swan in question was showing no signs of the disease. Became quite obvious that they only deal with animals that they can charge for. Shame on you.
