Absolutely incredible.
The reception staff were so very welcoming and the vet made us feel so relaxed. Flint is very anxious around people and he was so amazing with this vet 🤍 it made us feel so comfortable. Thank you

Always happy to call for advice and never had any issues getting an appointment. Reception staff always helpful and the vets show passion for your pets and if they cannot treat urgent case they will arrange an alternative local vet...def recommend

Was given an emergency appointment when my dog was limping & in pain. She was seen an hour later & only a couple of minutes wait until the vet saw her. He provided medication and put my mind at rest that nothing was broken. Thank you to all the staff at norcross surgery!

Went to this vet as my normal practice currently has no vets on site.From the moment I walked through the door I sensed how friendly everyone was.
Receptionists are a credit to the company and very sympathetic.
Vet was calm and polite in what was a traumatic time for us.
I will be switching to this practice when my usual one runs out of contract.

My pet was in a bad state due to an injury I was given an immediate appointment to him was seen straight away he was back home within 2hrs after having a claw removed realy lovely staff very clean building no bad odours or smells will use the clinic in future I very highly recommend Norcross vets to anyone money wise was very reasonable so please insure your pet the clinic will do the rest thanks to all the staff at Norcross my boy Frankie is out of pain and on the mend 1 million % I will use them again with no hesitation if needed 🤩

This vet practice is fantastic. It's very easy to find and has ample parking. The reception staff are very sweet and welcoming to pets and owners. Inside it is clean and has a nice feel to it. The vet was professional, very friendly and made both myself and my pet feel at ease. I'd highly recommend.

Friendly, caring and helpful staff would recommend to everyone took my 2 puppies for first injections and micro chips they made me feel at ease

An appointment was made quite promptly and the vet persevered with my over excited, wriggly dog so that a sample could be taken without the need for sedation. My dog was happy and received some treatment that day. The surgery was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
