Perfect Pet Care

Excellent veterinary practice. Modern and very clean with a huge shop floor area, parking right outside the door, essential for owners with nervous cats/pets. Lovely staff, the vet was probably one of the kindest and calming my cat has experienced. So much so, she let the vet pick her up and weigh her without showing stress or fear. Came home with a pretty chilled cat rather than the Gremlin she turns into on all previous vet experiences!

When I first visited Orwell Vets was in the year 2000. My beautiful golden retriever Jojo, had been diagnosed with cancer, to get him the right treatment, I took him to Orwell Vets for a 2nd opinion. Orwell Vets were so kind and very helpful and Jojo was able to live the rest of his life without pain, not only surrounded by my love, but secure in the assistance of Orwell Vets, with a very touching letter from them on his passing. Now my cat Poppy does love going to Orwell Vets really!! I feel they are the best THANK YOU ORWELL VETS!!!

Such a lovely vets always caring to you and your pets in good times and sad times.
I am a customer of over 20 years so they have got me through the sad times and then I go and do it all over again by getting another dog thank you Orwell for all your love and care to animals

Ideal location with free parking right outside the door.
Very welcoming staff, knowledgeable and caring vets plus very accommodating when I had to cancel an appointment due to not being able to find our cat before the scheduled visit.

I cannot thank the team at Ravenswood enough. Friendly, efficient, and professional. They've been invaluable to myself and Ruby over the years, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and concisely, asking about and answering any and all of your questions & concerns. I would recommend this practice and all other Orwell pet care practices, to anyone that has a pet they adore. You can see that they all treat the animals as if they were their own. Thank you!

Clean, welcoming premises. Because of Covid, I wasn't able to enter the surgery myself but the fantastic receptionist met us at the door. She was welcoming, informative and caring towards Beano, my greyhound. Being the size of a small horse but with the nerve of a mouse, they had him in and out for his annual vaccination as quickly as they could and with minimal worry on his part. She then brought out his worming and flea treatments to the car and had a quick chat before we left. Couldnt be more grateful and would recommend the surgery(s) to anyone. The Pet Plan is a great set up too. Many thanks.

Dexters 1st visit at 10 wks old was worried to just hand him over due to covid but I needn't have as he was well looked after by Kristina who spent time getting to know him before proceeding with his 1st injection hw came out well happy and relaxed especially after being given a food treat or two.

Its simple my dog loves going there the reception people are lovely vet nurses and vet are also so if my dog is happy I'm happy xx
