Fantastic staff, friendly and really helpful.
We have a very anxious dog and they went out of their way to help us and her.

We took our dog to be sterilised today. Due to her extreme anxiety it was very stressful for her. The staff were super and helped us to get her sorted. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend Village Veterinary to friends and family.

Once again outstanding service and care for our Dina. Very helpful and compassionate towards her when she is stressed.

We've been using this Vet for years. Sadly my dog passed away on the 8th June but they allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted with him, allowing us to come and go through the back entrance as we were all in bits. When arranging cremation I forgot to ask for him to be individually cremated, when we picked up the ashes we found that he had been individually cremated which was great. My dog loved coming to the vets which is a testament to how well they looked after him, acknowledging that they are an important part of your family and not just pets.

After many years it was sadly time to help Flo on her path to heaven. The Vet, Lisa was the most compassionate,caring and respectful person. She explained the process and helped us understand exactly what to expect. She allowed us to spend our final moments with Flo and we are so appreciative of the way she handled what was a difficult time for us. So professional including receiving a beautiful card with Flo’s paw prints saying “We are so sorry for the loss of your dear friend and companion, Flo a week later. Such a lovely touch.💕

Brilliant every time! My cat has just undergone leg amputation following an attack. Kobi is our vet and although we live in London, I just had to make sure my cat was under his care following the incident as he is honest, trustworthy and a true expert in his field. Sara and Georgia in Hatfield are lovely and didn’t once get fed up with my numerous calls and questions! The vet Laura took over whilst Kobi was on holiday and she really gave me the time to talk through the options we had and explain everything I needed to know to help me make a very difficult decision. Anish who carried out the surgery was also great. He has done a very neat job and really looked after her well, and called me afterwards to explain everything I needed to know. When I went to pick her up after the surgery, Rosie on reception in Marshalswick was just so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Nicki handed over Girl to me and explained everything so well and really gave me all her time to make sure I was going home with all the information I needed about what I should expect in Girls recovery. She made me feel at ease - she is a truly wonderful person and I know she would have looked after Girl perfectly during her stay. I must also mention Lisa in Hatfield as she has been great with us throughout the process. I completely trust The Village Vets and I am so grateful for the level of care they give us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Thank you all.

Amazing care. Just joined and already my puppy needed attention. From the receptionists to the vets so helpful and friendly and wasn't costing as much as expected ( on this occasion ) so feel good all round
