Tone Veterinary Centre - Taunton

Cannot thank Tone Veterinary Centre enough. Our lovely old cat had become quite unwell and despite not being registered with them they saw us quickly as she had taken a turn for the worse.
Sadly she had to be put to sleep but Rachel was incredibly kind, understanding and made the process much easier to bear. The staff were all extremely kind and for that I am thankful

Guinness is always treated like a VIP (Very Important Puppy) when he visits Tone vets, all the staff are very friendly and make him feel like a rockstar. Thank you to all the team for making us all at ease when we bring him in.

Fantastic vets, nurses and reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble, never had a bad experience. Very caring, helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. Our dog has been very well cared for here since we got her at eight weeks old, and seems well loved by all the staff. Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff and very helpful. This our first pet and they have been easy to approach and all information passed on.

They care about animals and try their best to ensure the best options possible for the best interest of the pets and im really grateful for that on a personal level.

I would give it a 0 but there is no such thing , after speaking to management I'm appalled. My puppy has been taken and this was her registered vets and instead of helping me and keeping the account open incase she needs care they kick her out and leave her without a vet. As she has been stolen I can't provide another vet for my puppy till she is back in my care. When she is home I will find her a better vet that is more caring

They got my cat in quick after a raging uti! Receptionist was friendly, that's the only reason for the 5 stars! Vets could work on their communication better but all in all good service!
