Medivet Newcastle-under-Lyme

The staff were very friendly and it's clear that they love the animals that come in. My puppy was stressed from the car ride and the vets nurse got down on the floor to her to make her relax. She eventually walked out instead of crawling as she had on the way in.

Tried to book my dog in here and even though she is registered they refused to give her an appointment because she hasn’t had to go before. If they won’t give an appointment how is she ever going to go? The problem she has says it needs vet attention asap but these aren’t interested

My second dog clearly has an ear infection and keeps loosing his balance to the point he fell down a couple of steps but not serious enough? He could of hurt him self quite bad. Still no appointment

Rude lady i spoke to and now having to look for another vets to register my dogs at should never have changed in the first place! Always been good in the past but just recently rubbish! :-(

Great and knowledgeable team. Been with Medivet Newcastle since 2018 and always great service.

Their phones might get busy at times, but if you wait the few moments to get through, the service is well worth the wait.

Amazing staff so supportive in the care and loss of our loved rusty. Sadly got cancer but with the great care they took with him we had lots of extra time with a happy dog. Then all the support they gave when he passed . Been here for a long time wouldn't go anywhere else credit to the staff .

Great vets, thank you to the lovely receptionist and to Roman for quickly diagnosing our dog. We are grateful for the lovely service provided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The vet is very gentle and nice with sense of humour.

My Dog Jake (Labrador aged 12) was always taken to the croft vets from when he was a puppy to today 7-1-22 his last day.
The staff have been brilliant caring and always very straight talking with diagnosis.
The fees are very good and moderately priced.
To day 7-1-22 Jake had his last visit to the croft vets the staff were brilliant explaining everything every step that was to take place.
We had plenty of time to spend with Jake my wife and I and my son & daughter spent the time we had to say our
good bye's.
The vet came in and explained everything and was very sympathetic.

My family and I would like to thank the croft vets and team for all there support.
