The very best pet care and experience!
The vets go above and beyond and I can't recommend them or thank them enough for their incredible hard work and dedication to the job.

A huge thank you to the whole team from myself and the pup. :)

I have been at this vets for the best part of 20 years with healthy animals. my cat had an emergency and the experience was extremely distressing due to their behaviour. They later admitted that they did not have a vet present and I had to be sent to another practice. The conflict and distressing situation that occurred when I picked my cat up that had been opposites on due to their staff unprofessionalism especially Emily at reception and the vet Heidi made an already upsetting and distressing experience even worse. The vet was incredibly unprofessional and completely lacked empathy the morning of my cats operation. At one point I had to ask Emily to stand out of my personal space as she had come around from reception to argue right after me picking my poorly cat up and in front of my 3 year old child. The customer should not have to be the one diffusing the staff behaviour and requesting professionalism especially after asking there was no conflict or upset in front of my 3 year old child. Really no professionalism, empathy, skills in conflict Managment or understanding that when your pets are unwell it’s a distressing experience even more so when you are unable to get an emergency appointment at your own vets and are given the run around until they eventually admit there is no vet present . I was also misquoted the price by over £200 by the very Heidi. They then also admitted that they did not have a very present when my animals had booked In for a vaccine. This is a very small one surgery practice and seems they regularly do not have a vet present. A very very distressing experience after 20 years of coming here with healthy pets. Would very much suggest a larger vet practice in new Milton or lymington .

I recently had to have one of cats euthanised aged 17, and I would just like to say how wonderful Heidi is, she showed so much empathy, she really is such a kind and caring vet. I only like to see Heidi or Andy.
The professionalism that Heidi shows is outstanding, going above and beyond. Times when she is still working at 23.00 at night due to an emergency, or when she juggles things around to fit an emergency in. She is very understanding and also offers the best advice.
The reception team are always extremely polite, and will go out of their way to help in any way that they can. The team of nurses too. I cannot fault the Lyndhurst team in any way, and it saddens me to read negative reviews. I had 4 pets registered at this practice, now sadly only 3. All my pets have always been treated with the utmost respect, and my wishes and thoughts have always been taken into consideration. Every consultation has been conducted in a kind and caring manner, even during lockdown when my dog was diagnosed with Cancer, and I wasn't able to go in with him, I was kept informed at all times.
I would thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

We just wanted to let you know how amazing we think you all are. Your response and treatment to our emergency with Lola last Wednesday was remarkable and wonderful. From the moment you took our frantic phone call from the woods to when we departed, your response and attitude could not have been better. We are struggling with coming to terms with the horrific nature of the events and the suffering that Lola must have endured but the bright light in those awful memories is the behaviour of your staff and in particular Sue. She was so understanding and supportive and perceptive and just could not have been better. She could see I wanted to be with Lola as she passed and provided the comfort to my wife while I attended and for that I will be forever thankful. We are truly sorry to have put you through that horrible experience and in particular poor Andy who seemed to have been genuinely shocked by Lola’s condition. So please pass this message and our huge thanks and gratitude to all involved, we will forever be in your debt.
