Dealt with my urgent enquiry quickly and were so helpful & friendly. Vet changed his plans to accommodate and the receptionist registered us as our normal vet was closed. I highly recommend. Had a positive experience just when I needed it. Thank you

All staff are amazing. Lucy from reception has been extremely helpful. The vet Teodora was super friendly and put my puppy at ease with his injections. Wouldn’t take my bubba anywhere else :) xx

We had to have our choccy lab put to sleep unexpectedly. Nigel and the nurse (unfortunately can't remember her name) were amazing. Very sympathetic. That was on 10th August. Today we have had to say goodbye to our beloved black lab whom they grew up together. Again the whole process was done very sympathetically and empathitacally. My poor wife was so distraught she ran out to the car. Only a minute later one of the nurses came running over with a thick wad of tissues and a large glass of water. We are eternally grateful for their care not only for our dogs.....

All the staff have been exceptional in their customer and pets approach and welfare. I have owned animals for over 40 years and never have I been more content with this vets. Trusted service and I highly recommend them.

Staff very friendly, very knowledgeable, looked after my pet but there is one thing that I am not happy about is the price. My dog had castration done, we paid just over £500, but we find that the after care is not included in the price so we still need to fork out some more money to pay the next appointments. I think it is absolutely ridiculous considering it was already an expensive procedure.

I've been talking my dog there for year's and there's lord street car park opposite so easy to park

Not a good lady in reception. She don't give me a chance to explain a normal my situation.

Very helpful staff, always friendly, helpful and the vets, despite their busy schedule, always treat every animal with genuine care and compassion.
